There's nothing bad about it, honestly! It's all good. You should try it. I especially love that it's fragrance-free.

I had stopped using this last year, but I found it again and decided to give it another try. It's truly the best!

The absorption is a bit greasy. It says 75ml on the container, but the amount looks smaller than expected... It doesn't seem to be sold in offline stores, and online prices vary across different sites, making it a hassle to shop around. It claims to contain 10% urea, but hmm... it doesn't seem as effective as other hand creams with 10% urea.

I expected it to be thick since it's a night cream, but surprisingly it's not. The fragrance is unscented, which is quite nice. It's definitely better than the Avène Cold Cream scent.

The moisturizing effect is somewhat disappointing... It's best to use it in combination with other products

It's expensive. Even though I apply it dozens of times a day, there's a reason I can't give it up despite the high price. It's cheaper on their website though.

The urea content creates a moisture barrier on my very rough hands. I've been using this for years, and it's the only holy grail product I stock up on. I highly recommend it for those with extremely dry skin! It's vastly different from other urea products on the market.
