The toner is also very lightweight, making it perfect for cleansing. It's said to help control sebum and soothe the skin, though I'm not sure about the sebum control as I still experience some oiliness. But it does seem to have a calming effect on my skin.
There's no oily residue at all, so I don't experience any breakouts. Since it's a brand developed by dermatologists, I really feel like it's doing good things for my skin.

Even when soaking a cotton pad with a lot, it doesn't seem to absorb into the skin and just sits on the surface? The amount used feels the same.
This skin seems to focus on balancing the skin.
So I'm not sure if it would be good to use just as a quick mask...
