There's no oily residue at all, so I don't experience any breakouts. Since it's a brand developed by dermatologists, I really feel like it's doing good things for my skin.

I'd recommend it more as a cleansing toner rather than the 7-skin method! In the winter, you could use it as a cleansing toner and then apply a thicker toner or essence.

I didn't see any major effects. Things like acne, puffiness, and pores - it's difficult to see big improvements with just one toner.
