After using it, you get a gentle exfoliation effect. The tiny granules provide a nice scrubbing action when washing it off. 2. It contains tea tree extract, so you can use it with peace of mind. I was able to use it without worrying about other harmful ingredients. 3. The thick texture allows you to apply it thoroughly all over your face. It's easy to spread evenly for full coverage.
Cons1. It doesn't rinse off cleanly when washing. Maybe because of its thick consistency, you need to put in extra effort to rinse it off completely. 2. As a wash-off mask, it was a bit of a hassle to wash my face, dry it, apply the mask, and then rinse again. It would be nice if they also offered it as a sheet mask option. 3. Although it's a tea tree mask, I didn't see much effect on my blemishes.

As a former acne-prone student, my skin still easily develops blemishes with even slight irritation, so I've always preferred products containing tea tree. Out of curiosity, I bought this, and I've already used up two packs and need to repurchase! Unlike the eggplant pack, this one has a thicker consistency and tends to harden, but surprisingly, it doesn't cause any burning sensation or heat that I usually experience with mud masks. This is a huge plus! I leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water before it completely dries and cracks. After removing the pack, my face feels firm and velvety smooth, different from the eggplant pack! Having struggled with teenage acne, I've noticed my pores widening more in summer. When I use this tea tree pack, it seems to tighten my pores! (Though this might just be my imagination...) For important events or when I need flawless makeup, I follow a routine the night before: exfoliation - tea tree pack - skin pack. This helps remove dead skin cells and seems to make my makeup apply better the next day! I have very dry cheeks, so exfoliation is always part of my routine. But for those who don't need it, just using the tea tree pack followed by a skin pack should be enough for effective dead skin cell removal! (The tea tree pack contains small particles for gentle exfoliation)
ConsWhile I generally liked everything, there were a few minor disappointments... Having used the eggplant pack first, I mistakenly assumed the tea tree pack would have the same texture. So, when I first used it, I was surprised by its extremely thick consistency and how it dries and cracks. This could be seen as a drawback, but it's actually quite typical for mud masks. So, it's not really a con, just my initial impression. Also, those sensitive to scents might not be too fond of this. It has a very natural, herbal smell that's less like fresh grass and more like a bunch of crushed herbs applied to your face. However, I see this as a sign of its freshness and continue to use it with confidence!
TipPersonally, I prefer applying masks with a damp brush with bristles rather than using my hands, a silicone brush, or a mask spatula. I wet the brush, remove excess water, and then apply the mask. This is just my personal method, but I find that even for this thick mud mask, using a brush with bristles allows for the most thorough and even application.

It effectively removes dead skin cells, and after using the mask, my skin's rough texture smooths out by the next day. The calming effect is definitely noticeable and works well.
ConsThere's just one drawback - the texture is extremely thick, which makes it quite challenging to apply.

I'm quite satisfied as it not only calms my skin but also seems to improve skin texture and care for dead skin cells.
ConsThere were some granules in it, which I personally didn't like lingering on my skin. The scent might be polarizing for many, and the texture was too thick, making it difficult to spread. Considering these points, I deducted one star.
TipThis product should be applied after your first cleanse, left on for about 15 minutes, then rinsed off thoroughly with lukewarm water. I haven't discovered any special tips for using it yet.

While the eggplant mask has a mild sebum-removing effect but is moisturizing, the tea tree mask feels like it's sweeping away sebum. It's a bit more intense and drying than the eggplant mask. However, if you don't have sensitive skin, I think the tea tree might be better for sebum removal and deep cleansing. It seems perfect for summer use! It feels similar to Lush's tea tree mask?
ConsThe downsides are the strong scent and the excessive amount of oil in the formula. I wonder if it's really necessary to include so much oil. Also, it's quite thick, making it difficult to squeeze out, which is a bit inconvenient.
TipHere's a pro tip: after washing off the tea tree mask, it's great to sleep with a hydrating or soothing mask pack on.

I noticed a reduction in whiteheads and small blemishes compared to before, and the redness significantly decreased. While the red bean granules were a bit large, they provided an excellent scrubbing effect.
ConsThe scent is absolutely awful... It's even stronger than tea tree and too unpleasant to be called medicinal. While it's better than an artificial fragrance, it'll take some time to get used to. Also, the texture isn't great. It's too thick and doesn't spread easily, so it took a while to apply.
TipIt's best to use this after a shower when your pores are open. I found it's ideal to wash it off between 10-15 minutes, before the mask completely hardens. Also, to minimize irritation, try misting your face to add some hydration before applying the mask.
