As someone with oily skin, I love that this doesn't leave any greasiness when applied. After trying many products, I've come back to using this one exclusively.

And then when you apply a makeup base on top, it can start breaking down really quickly... But when I use this lotion and then the sunscreen and a semi-matte makeup base, it's the perfect combination! 👍 And the oil doesn't come up as much as before, so my makeup lasts a lot longer too. For those of you with super oily T-zones and cheeks, you have to try this!!

If you have dry skin, you might feel very dry using this. If you do try it, you'll need to make sure to use other moisturizing basic skincare products to provide enough hydration. Even though I have oily skin, when I just used the serum and lotion, my face still felt a bit tight.

I have an extremely oily skin type, especially in the T-zone and cheek area. Even after cleansing, the oil quickly returns... That's why when I use basic skincare products and then apply sunscreen, the extra oil from the sunscreen makes my eyes sting. But when I use this lotion and then apply sunscreen, I feel like the oil and moisture balance is just right for me~ And since the ingredients contain Houttuynia cordata, I don't get any breakouts and the texture is great too! I highly recommend this to fellow oily-skinned people!

It's too drying and the smell is a bit off......

I've been using it and my acne has decreased significantly!!!!

Personally, I don't apply it all over my face anymore because the dryness is just too much, but if I get a small breakout, I'll use it as a spot treatment instead of a regular acne ointment from the pharmacy. It works much better than most ointments. The next day, my skin is so soothed!

Even though all my acne disappeared, afterwards I started experiencing severe dryness that was really difficult to manage, so I had to stop using this product. And then the acne came back with a vengeance! The ingredients also seem not so great, especially compared to the more gentle cosmetic products I've seen on Hwahae.

After turning 20, I had breakouts that would clear up completely in just a day or two. That was when I was using this lotion! The effects were far superior to the serum from the same line. Personally, I found that when I applied the serum first and then the lotion, the effects weren't as good, but when I did lotion-serum, my acne would reduce by almost 70% the next day, and in about three days, it would be completely gone. This product was the only one that truly treated my acne. I have the utmost respect for it.

I'm not sure if it's because of the fast absorption, but there is a bit of skin tightness over time.

I bought a serum and lotion because my skin was not good, but I've only been using them for about a week so far.
The scent is fine and the application is good enough in my opinion.
Normally, my face gets red and flushed after washing and applying other lotions, but that doesn't happen with this product, and the absorption is fast, which I like.
