  The fragrance is lovely. It has a rich, creamy texture. Please see my concerns below.

  Cons

  I have somewhat sensitive and dry skin. After using this, I kept getting bumps and itchiness. At first, I thought my body was just very dry, so I applied even more generously. This caused bumps and itching all over my body where I applied it. So, I decided to check on Hwahae and found it contains many potential allergens. I'm planning to visit a dermatologist today... If you have sensitive skin prone to allergies, please absolutely avoid using this. I rarely write reviews, but I don't want others to waste money and suffer like I did.

  Pros

  Unlike my face, my body has super dry skin. At first, I was worried the cream might be too thick and not absorb well, but it actually has great absorption and applies smoothly! Above all, I love the fragrance, and its lasting power is pretty good too.

  Cons

  It becomes stiff when kept in a cold place! The wide opening and lack of a spatula make me a bit concerned about hygiene.

  Tip

  If you feel like it's not hydrating enough, try mixing it with a bit of oil. It works great that way!

  Pros

  As someone with extremely dry skin, this was recommended to me at a shop. During the dry weather of spring, fall, and winter, my whole body would get itchy, and I used to struggle applying body emulsion three or four times repeatedly. But with this, applying once or twice is enough to keep my skin comfortable for a long time. While it's not without a rich texture, it absorbs well into the skin.

  Cons

  I bought this without properly checking the ingredients, but it contains potential allergens. Those with super sensitive skin should avoid using it.

  Tip

  Use it with a spatula for best results.

  The hydration is excellent. It's quite rich but spreads easily. It's not as thick as Japanese creams though. The scent... it's subtle and pleasant... it reminds me of the cucumber mask they prepare for you at the sauna when you're lying down with your eyes closed, waiting for a body scrub. It's like the cucumber scent you smell in a steam-filled room, not the kind you get from a home cucumber mask. It's a relaxing fragrance. The kind of scent that makes you feel sleepy...

  Cons

  With The Body Shop products, I usually choose based on fragrance rather than hydration or other factors, so this one didn't make me feel like I absolutely had to buy it again.

  Pros

  It's rich and moisturizing. I've been a fan of The Body Shop's spa line for ages. The scent is so exotic that I sometimes get asked about it. It has a tropical aroma that's reminiscent of vanilla and coconut, like you're somewhere in the tropics.

  Cons

  The amount of product is small compared to the container size. It's deceptive because of the double-walled packaging, making it look bigger than it is. I wish they offered a larger size.

  Tip

  If you put on clothes before it's fully absorbed, the fragrance transfers to your clothes, leaving a subtle scent that lasts all day.

  Pros

  My skin is extremely, extremely dry. Products that others with dry skin find moisturizing enough are like water on my skin, just sliding right off... That's why I wanted to leave this review to help others with ultra-dry skin like mine. After applying this, my skin feels so hydrated! The moisturizing power is really good. I even used it as a stretch mark cream during my pregnancy. I've used it in all seasons, and it's not overly sticky. Although the texture is thick and rich, it's not difficult to apply and absorbs well.

  Cons

  When I was pregnant, my husband tried applying it to my belly. While my skin drank it all up, it didn't absorb into his hands at all (for reference, he has oily skin). When applied to his body, it didn't absorb as well due to his oily skin type. So my husband said it felt too oily and didn't like it.

  Tip

  I found that when I applied it along with a body oil, the hydration lasted even longer.

  I used this as a stretch mark cream during pregnancy. The scent is lovely, and its rich texture gave me peace of mind once applied.

  Cons

  It's a bit heavy for summer use! (I used it in summer but was satisfied because I was pregnant). It's perfect for winter though.
