The smell is really... I just can't get used to it... It's more like the smell of laundry detergent than a typical cosmetic scent.

Since I have atopic dermatitis, using harsh cleansers immediately causes my atopic dermatitis to flare up, but I've been using this product for several years without any issues with my skin, and it also removes makeup well.

I think it's the best cleansing oil. Before using the La Mer cleansing oil, I used Aesop and Bobbi Brown products, and when I removed eye makeup with the cleansing oil, it always looked hazy. But after switching to the La Mer cleansing oil, the haziness after washing disappeared. It feels like it's less harmful to the eyes.

I've been using it only in the evenings, and it's lasting me quite a long time.

It has a pearlescent feel, but I'm not sure what ingredient causes that. The price isn't exactly cheap, but I'm willing to try the Witch's Factory oil cleanser this time and compare before deciding to repurchase.

You can gently remove all your makeup with just two pumps. It has no fragrance and is slightly on the thinner side, making it smooth to roll. Personally, I just do a light second cleanse, but those with dry skin can get away with just a thorough water cleanse.

First, apply the oil and massage it in, then lightly wet your hands and roll the product. It will turn white, and this helps remove excess sebum even more effectively.

The only downside for me is the high price.

I've tried many cleansing oils, but none have suited me as well as this one. It removes makeup gently yet effectively, and the cleansing power is truly great. The scent is also pleasant, and there is no skin tightness afterwards. I've repurchased it three times now.
