I used this as a complimentary amenity at a hotel. The cleansing effectiveness was so-so. It came as a set with shampoo, which had a nice scent, but left my hair feeling dry and brittle! The texture, scent, and feel of their hair, body, and skincare lines were all quite impressive. The subtle fragrance and soft touch make for a very appealing experience. Unfortunately, there are some concerning ingredients that are hard to ignore. While I have some products I'd like to use, I'm conflicted about it. Carcinogenic substances? Really? I'm disappointed. I tried the PTR skincare and body/hair lines and loved the feel and scent, but now I feel completely shocked and deceived. This was even offered as Hilton Hotel amenities - is that allowed? It's still being sold at Sephora too. I can't believe these harmful ingredients are in there, it's truly upsetting.
