This is the base product I'm most satisfied with among all I've been using. As other reviews mention, it has a slight yellow tint which might be hit or miss depending on your complexion. For me, since I have a bit of redness in my skin, the yellow undertone isn't an issue at all. What I love most is how smoothly it absorbs without feeling thick on the skin. If you're looking for high coverage, you'll need to use a spot concealer along with this product. Personally, I don't do heavy makeup, so this isn't a big drawback for me. The price point might be considered a downside, though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2020
It's moisturizing and gives a nice glow. Great for use in all seasons except summer! I mix it with Estée Lauder for best results. The coverage is a bit lacking, unfortunately. However, when mixed with Estée Lauder Double Wear, it compensates for this shortcoming. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 28, 2019
It's good for dry skin. It applies thinly without feeling heavy. It can be a bit drying in the winter. The coverage is on the lighter side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2019
The product applies lightly and thinly, so the makeup does not become too thick. The adhesion is good, but the coverage is quite poor, so it is not very effective in concealing uneven texture, pores, or blemishes. It breaks down messily when it wears off. You need to exfoliate well and apply it carefully, but if you don't exfoliate properly, it can look extremely cakey. - ki**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2019
This is the foundation I've settled on... I don't think there's any better foundation than this one.. It's a good product that works well even with combination skin, and the skin expression is beautiful, and it breaks down beautifully as well~! When applying a thin layer for a chic makeup look, I always use this shade! The price seems to be going up every year.. And the coverage is medium..? - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 10, 2019
It's great that it disintegrates so cleanly! As a person with oily skin, I really dislike it when makeup gets blotchy and breaks down, but this just melts away! And the fact that it applies thinly and lightly is also a plus. I bought it at the duty-free shop, but since I only saw the color online, it's a bit lighter than I expected! After cleansing, I apply toner, lotion, sunscreen, primer, and then use my fingers to spread the foundation evenly on my face, finishing with a sponge. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2019
This foundation is exactly as good as everyone says it is~ The tone matches well and the lasting power is incredibly long-lasting. When selecting the tone, be careful as it may appear lighter right after application, but then revert to the original color over time. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2018
It applies thinly and moisturizes well. My skin has no particular blemishes, and when I apply it, it creates a soft, smooth skin effect. The lasting power is also good, so I don't need to touch up the base makeup often. When I apply powder over the foundation, there is a bit of cakiness. In the winter, it's fine without powder, but in the summer, I don't like the sticky feeling, so when I apply powder, it starts to come off after 3-4 hours. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 8, 2018
The skin expression is so beautiful. It can express water gloss and the coverage is not lacking, so I am satisfied. The ingredients are so disappointing. And the price... Even if I buy it at the duty-free shop, it's too expensive. If you think it's too yellow, you can mix it with the Hongshat foundation. The Hongshat is too pink, you see. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2018
My skin is dry, but the coverage and adherence are both great. I'm still using it well. I think it might be the price. Using a brush or cushion with a bowl-like shape helps it absorb better and express the coverage well.
