I've been using this for quite a while now, and I can feel my hair becoming stronger and my scalp healthier. The price is the biggest drawback. After using this shampoo, I felt like my scalp became fuller. While I'll need to confirm the actual results, I can definitely say my pores and scalp feel healthier, so I've been using it daily. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I felt like my makeup wasn't coming off as easily (?) as usual. Though to be fair, it never really came off easily before either, haha... The price is way too high. The cleansing effectiveness seems quite low too. And it doesn't lather up well, unfortunately. The gentle ingredients are great for sensitive scalps. It helps alleviate itching and has significantly improved dandruff issues. The cleansing effectiveness is on the lower side. Being a mild product, you need to wet your hair thoroughly to get a good lather. Domestic authorized distributors offer genuine products but at higher prices, while overseas direct purchases are cheaper but authenticity may not be guaranteed. Great cleansing effectiveness and leaves hair feeling refreshed without becoming stiff. The invigorating scent gives a cool sensation. I have nothing positive to say because there were no good points. As someone with a dry scalp and brittle hair, I feel this product may have actually made my condition worse. There's absolutely nothing good about this product. I suggest trying something else. I question whether it's worth using this at such a high price point. After finishing an entire bottle, my seborrheic dermatitis seems to have only gotten worse. Ironically, after two weeks of not using any shampoo, my seborrheic dermatitis has disappeared. 
mi****Combination SkinSep 27, 2020I've tried the sensitive scalp shampoo instead of this product, and it's definitely less irritating to my scalp. The price is too high and the cleansing effectiveness is poor. After washing my hair, it feels even more greasy than before. It's like that damp, matted feeling you get when your hair gets wet in the rain. Even when I wash twice as recommended for insufficient cleansing, it doesn't clean at all. I discovered this product while watching a YouTube video. It was introduced as a shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis. I've tried using this along with an anti-dandruff shampoo. It seems like that YouTube video might have been a paid advertisement. After using this product, I don't feel like my scalp is thoroughly cleansed. By the afternoon, my scalp feels oily to the touch. And wasn't the white bottle supposed to be the version for dandruff-prone scalps? It's almost laughable - I used this shampoo for about 3 days before going for a scalp check-up. When they took photos of my scalp, not only had it not removed any dandruff, it hadn't made any difference at all. My shampooing technique involved wetting my hair with warm water for 3 minutes, lathering up, massaging between the scalp with my fingers, and then waiting another 3 minutes. Despite this, after finishing my previous shampoo and switching to this one, I experienced inflammation on my scalp and felt pain. I'm pleased it comes with an ampoule as well. I'm using it for hair loss concerns. You need to lather it twice to get a good amount of foam. I'm not sure if it's really effective, but I'm using it with the mindset of prevention.
