It's not thick or heavy, but feels moisturizing. When you cover darker areas and apply foundation over it, it naturally brightens the complexion. Because it's moisturizing, there's a slight tendency for it to break down. Other than that, there's not much else to mention. I think this would suit those with dry skin more than oily skin. Although I have oily skin, I still used it well.
