The scent is lovely - a sophisticated coffee aroma. However... The particles are too coarse, and some were even sharp. I was startled when it stung while washing it off. It seems to be because of the ground coffee beans... The irritation is too intense. It felt like I was rubbing my face with something pointy. Therefore, when rinsing it off, don't rub it in. Instead, gently remove it as if you're peeling it away! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 9, 2020
After using it, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated. The scent is truly a sweet coffee-chocolate aroma that makes me feel like I'm trapped in a chocolate factory! It felt a bit tingling on my skin. I'm not sure if it's just initially, but I experienced a slight burning sensation around my nose area. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2019
The subtle coffee scent has a calming effect on my mood. The coffee granules were too harsh for my skin. From the moment I applied it, I could feel the physical irritation from the large particles. Even though I was careful during rinsing to avoid abrasion, my skin still felt sore and painful due to friction. It eventually led to redness and inflammation, and later I even developed blemishes, possibly due to the talc content. Red pimples appeared on my cheeks, accompanied by slight itching. I definitely won't use this again. Not recommended for sensitive skin. If I were to use it at all, it might be for removing dead skin cells on my feet. It's far too irritating for my face. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 30, 2019
I've tried both Cup O' Coffee and Magnaminty, and I think Cup O' Coffee has better cleansing effectiveness! If you want that refreshed feeling after washing your face, I recommend Cup O' Coffee. Since the scrub is made with coffee grounds, it tends to be more abrasive than Magnaminty when you rub it in. If you have super sensitive skin, you might want to keep this in mind before purchasing! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 5, 2017
The fragrance is so lovely Even when I first used the rose mask, the fragrance made me feel pampered the whole time I was applying it. This mask was the same way Exfoliating is just a bonus haha While it's not as abrasive as Lush's Mask of Magnaminty, this product does have some larger particles If you leave the mask on for too long and rinse it off, you may feel a slight stinging sensation, so just use it for the recommended time and then rinse - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2017
The fragrance was not unpleasant and had a nice, chewy texture. It did not dry out excessively. For those with sensitive skin, the granules may be too large and irritating. I found it to be quite stinging. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 13, 2016
It feels like my skin is being gently exfoliated. The coffee aroma is also quite pleasant~ However, it stings a bit when rinsing it off. I wouldn't recommend this to those with sensitive skin.
