ProsThey sell two types of this product. One with shea butter and one without. I recommend the one with shea butter. The one without shea butter will be drying.
The scent is a blend of woody, phytoncide, and a slightly neutral aroma. I usually don't like neutral scents, but this one was fine. I'm not sure about the cleansing power since I don't have much experience with heavy makeup removal, but I used it well as a morning face cleanser and body wash. It seems like a decent all-around product. I didn't experience any breakouts or troubles after using this.
ConsThis product didn't work for my acne-prone skin. It didn't make it better or worse.
Also, someone said it can be used as a shampoo? I don't recommend that. It gets sticky and thick like washing with a bar of soap, making your hair tangled and difficult to shampoo, especially if you have short hair.

However, I've seen some people in the community say they use it as a dog/cat shampoo. But that's not a good idea. Dogs and cats have a different skin pH than humans.
Human products can be toxic for pets. If you keep using it, it can cause skin problems for your pets. Just get a dedicated pet shampoo instead.
