I've tried it when I had a short bob and also when I had long hair, but after washing, my hair gets incredibly stiff and impossible to brush. Regardless of hair length, I always have to use a conditioner or at least a little bit of leave-in conditioner after washing, otherwise my hair is just torture to brush. Ugh, and the price is just the worst! It's an absolute rip-off, so expensive!

Since this shampoo is not a medication, the persistence of the itchiness is concerning. However, I plan to use up the remaining bottle and then switch to a different shampoo. The price is a factor, but more importantly, my scalp has deteriorated significantly since about 6 months ago, which suggests this shampoo may no longer be suitable for me.
