Pros
I have sensitive skin, but my boyfriend has seborrheic dermatitis. He recommended this product (Sensitive Relaxing Shampoo) and I've been using it too, and it's been great.
Cons
I've tried it when I had a short bob and also when I had long hair, but after washing, my hair gets incredibly stiff and impossible to brush. Regardless of hair length, I always have to use a conditioner or at least a little bit of leave-in conditioner after washing, otherwise my hair is just torture to brush. Ugh, and the price is just the worst! It's an absolute rip-off, so expensive!
Tip
I stock up on it whenever there's a sale. I'd even go into debt to buy it in bulk, haha.

I've been using this shampoo for almost 2 years now. I discovered it while looking for a natural shampoo, and after using it, my scalp no longer felt itchy compared to when I was using shampoos with chemical ingredients. Since this shampoo is not a medication, the persistence of the itchiness is concerning. However, I plan to use up the remaining bottle and then switch to a different shampoo. I have conditions like seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff on my scalp. These conditions worsen with stress and are difficult to cure. So, while I was troubled by this, I found out about this product and tried it, and it's really great! I'm not lying - even when my scalp gets itchy and I start scratching, it's hard for the medication to improve it, but after using this shampoo, I was amazed to find that I didn't scratch my scalp the next day! The effects are good, I got coupons, and it's a great product, so I think I'll use it forever. Most importantly, the medication I apply is extremely toxic, and if I apply it repeatedly where it has flowed, pimple-like things can appear, but since this is a shampoo, I don't have to worry about that, which is great.
