Pros
Even after doing a face mask, I feel moisturized until the next morning. Three people around me, including myself, use it, and although we all have different skin types, all three of us have no adverse reactions and are very satisfied with the product. If you rub the sheet mask on your dry feet, your feet will be soft the next day.
Cons

Pros
This is a life-changing product for me. Even though I don't have sensitive skin, I used to try road shop packs in the past and they would sting, so I've never used sheet masks before. But the Soul Pack has none of that - it resolves any tightness or dryness!
Cons
There is a bit of an inconvenience because there is so much essence that it can get on the pillow when I use it before bed. It may not be suitable for oily or sensitive skin types.
Tip
If you do exfoliation first and then use the pack, you'll have a perfect, glowing complexion the next day and your makeup will apply beautifully. The pack has a lot of essence, so I don't use it all up at once - I save the leftover essence and use it as a serum for a couple of days.
