  I've been using it for about a year!!! It's a shame that some others have strong likes and dislikes about it. For me, it fits well, and my overall skin soothing has improved, and my inflammatory acne has also subsided a lot. Extremely!!!   This is an essential product for me on days when I drink alcohol, as my skin tends to break out the next day. But after using the Soul Pack and sleeping, the breakouts don't happen the next day. It also helps soothe my skin, which is great.
