It's gentle and suitable for both morning and evening use. It's perfect as a second cleanser, though it might not be strong enough to remove heavy makeup like foundation. I've tried three low pH cleansers - Etude Soon Jung, Acnes Derma Relief, and Cynic The Simple - but personally, I liked this Mild Foam the best. My skin feels hydrated even after cleansing! The benefits of low pH cleansers aren't always obvious at first, but you really notice the difference if you switch back to an alkaline cleanser!!!
ConsThe only downside is that the foam isn't as rich and dense as alkaline cleansers, due to its low pH. Other than that, it's fantastic! Absolutely top-notch!
TipIf you're doing a double cleanse with oil, don't apply the foam directly after. Wash your hands with soap first to remove any oil residue, then lather up the foam. It'll foam much better! This applies to all foam cleansers, but especially low pH ones, since they don't lather as easily.

I liked that it's fragrance-free, making it great for frequent, light cleansing. After all, when a product has a strong scent, I tend to think it might contain more chemicals. So I'm satisfied with that aspect! When removing heavy makeup, I apply cleansing oil first, then without wiping it off, I layer this cleansing foam on top and massage them together. This method seems to effectively remove most of my makeup without causing irritation.
ConsIt seems that the better the ingredients, the less foam you get - it's unavoidable. The foam isn't very rich, so I end up washing my face multiple times. It doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling, so it's a bit less refreshing. But I've noticed that most products with good ingredients don't foam up much.
TipI use this after a first cleanse with cleansing oil, and I think a foam net might be necessary. Just because it doesn't foam doesn't mean it's less effective at cleansing, but I find myself using it continuously. They say that even without foam, if you massage it well, it can dissolve impurities in your pores. On days when I need a deep cleanse, I mix it with cleansing oil.

When transitioning from summer to fall and then gradually to winter, my skin goes haywire! I've lost count of the times my entire cheek area, starting from the chin, has been covered in cystic acne. That's why I need to strengthen my skin barrier! For this reason, I always use a low pH cleansing foam in my daily routine. I'll compare it to the blueberry cleansing foam I've been using for nearly two years. Please note this is just my personal opinion! ✔ It has a unique scent. It smells exactly like an eco-friendly detergent we have at home. I tend to keep sniffing unusual scents, so I often find myself putting the foam up to my nose while lathering. Personally, I love the fragrance, but it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation! ✔ It gives a squeaky clean feeling when washing. I felt it was even squeakier than the blueberry foam. This made me feel like it was cleansing more thoroughly. While my cheeks are dry, my nose and surrounding areas get really oily by afternoon, so I prefer something moderately squeaky - and this cleanser hit the spot perfectly! ✔ It didn't negatively affect my face after use. Except during seasonal changes, my skin isn't particularly sensitive, so switching cosmetics doesn't usually cause major breakouts. Using this didn't increase my acne! I did have a few pimples recently, but they were likely hormonal breakouts. I treated those with a zinc cream. In terms of blemish improvement, I don't notice a big difference compared to the blueberry cleansing foam. Though this might be because I'm getting fewer breakouts than before!
Cons✔ It's difficult to create a lather. Personally, I found the blueberry cleanser easier to foam up. I love rich lather, but this mild foam cleanser really makes me work for it! The texture is quite unique... it feels kind of elastic, but when I try to lather it up with a bit of water, it's really tough. Apart from this point though, I'm very satisfied with the product.
TipIf you have combination skin like me, where you don't get many blemishes on your forehead and nose but get a lot on your cheeks (especially cystic acne), you might find this helpful! After cleansing, I usually apply a treatment essence all over my face, then an intensive cream only around my eyes and cheeks, followed by a mild sun cream. Interestingly, this sunscreen seems to be waterproof as it beads up when it comes into contact with water! So for my cleansing routine, I first use a calendula oil cleanser, followed by this mild foam for a thorough cleanse.

Texture - Soft to the touch!! Light but neither too thin nor too thick. It's smooth. Feels like water or a runny gel.. Clean texture! 2. Application - Spreads easily and smoothly. It doesn't feel like a harsh cleanse, but rather a gentle wash 3. Hydration - After cleansing, there was a slight moistness, but it's not particularly hydrating 4. Scent - If you're expecting a fragrance, look elsewhere However, it seems unscented or has a slight medicinal scent, so it might be good for those who dislike fragrances 5. Cleansing effectiveness - I was worried because it felt thin, but it cleanses very clearly and effectively 6. Overall - I'd like to recommend it overall. It's less irritating to the skin and gives a clear, cool, clean feeling! Just note that there's almost no foam
ConsThe lack of foam... There's no rich, bubbly lather. This might be a love-it-or-hate-it feature
TipEven without foam, it cleanses thoroughly. Use an appropriate amount for effective cleansing and to make it last longer

While it might not be ideal for removing makeup, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or strip away too much oil. My skin feels smooth without any tightness. Blemishes ✔ I didn't see any dramatic effects in the short time I used it, but I didn't experience any increase in blemishes or feel like my skin was getting worse during use. Price ✔ The price seems reasonable for the amount you get. I would consider repurchasing.
ConsLather ✔ The downside, as many have mentioned, is that it doesn't produce much lather. Even when you do work up a lather, it dissolves quickly, probably due to its low pH. While it's not terribly inconvenient to lather with your hands, those who enjoy a rich, long-lasting lather might need a bubble maker. Scent ✔ It's not completely unscented - there's a slight fragrance, but not enough to be bothersome. However, those expecting a completely fragrance-free product might be disappointed. Neither the lather nor the scent was significant enough for me to consider discontinuing use, so I'm using it with reasonable satisfaction.

As someone prone to blemishes, I usually stick to popular, well-reviewed products. I was a bit nervous about this one due to the lack of reviews. However, since I've had such a good experience with the toner from the same line, and this product is gentle with no harmful ingredients, I decided to give it a try! As expected, it's incredibly gentle! Being a low pH cleansing foam, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight either! I always opt for low pH cleansers, so this product ticks that box for me. Plus, the fact that I haven't experienced any new blemishes suggests it's working well with my skin! I use a cleansing water first to remove most of my makeup, followed by this cleansing foam. Since I'm thorough with my first cleanse, I prefer a mild and gentle foam cleanser for the second step. If you're looking for a powerful cleanser, this might not be the best choice. The foam doesn't lather much, so it's hard to tell if it's cleansing effectively. However, if you're after a gentle cleanser that won't stress your skin, I highly recommend this!
ConsFirst off, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. But it's far better than products with added fragrances, so it's not a major issue! Also, it doesn't lather well. You need to keep adding water and massaging to get any foam, and even then, it's not very rich or abundant.

It seems gentler than I expected. While the lather isn't abundant, it felt very soft on my skin. After rinsing, there was no deep dryness! The generous amount is a plus. I've been worried about recurring blemishes, so I'll keep using it since it's supposed to help with that. It's probably better than regular foam cleansers as it's less irritating to the skin, right? The product has a thick toner-like consistency. My skin feels softer after cleansing. I really enjoyed this feeling!
ConsI prefer cleansers with rich lather, but this product, being low pH, doesn't produce much foam. I suppose that's typical for all low pH foam cleansers. Still, it lathers up more than other products, so it's not too inconvenient.
TipIt's fine to use as is, but you can get a richer lather by using a foam net! If you like abundant foam, try using a cleansing net. Sometimes I mix in a pore care pack with my foam cleanser - it's great when you're tired in the evening but still want to take care of your skin. You could try mixing a bit with this product too! Just remember, since it doesn't lather much, use only a small amount to avoid skin irritation.
