When I wake up the next morning, my skin feels plump and firm.
ConsThe price is outrageously high and the artificial fragrance is way too strong. Considering the cost, it's not worth it at all.

I didn't experience any blemishes after use, and I loved how the hydration lasted until the next morning.
ConsThe texture is extremely thick. It takes quite a while to spread evenly. The scent is somewhat medicinal? I noticed fragrance in the ingredients list, but surely this can't be it? I'd prefer if there was no scent at all. Also, there are two types of PEG in the ingredients list, which is disappointing.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found it great for winter. I think it's suitable to use before bed, or even in the morning when your skin feels particularly parched. Once I finish the sample, I'm definitely considering purchasing the full-size product. In winter, I feel like using just this after toner would completely eliminate any dryness!! I tried it based on a recommendation from Lohb's, and it turned out to be an absolute holy grail item for me. My makeup used to flake due to dryness, but after using this, my foundation applied flawlessly... It's the best! Despite its rich texture, I thought it might not absorb well, but it actually absorbs quite quickly after application!
ConsThe scent...? There's a slight medicinal smell, perhaps from the cica ingredients. Also, it's a bit pricey... I think it was around 52,000 won. For those who aren't sure if it'll work for them, it seems there's a 14-day trial kit available now. It might be better to try that before purchasing the full size.
TipApplying serums or essences before this product might be overkill!

I heard it's rich in minerals, so I decided to give it a try. Not sure what to make of it yet.
ConsWhen I tried the sample, I thought they'd sent the wrong product at first because hardly anything came out. It's like an ointment, even smells like Fucidin. It's neither hydrating nor rich, just feels like a medicinal cream. My skin feels uncomfortable, like the product is hardening on it.

I noticed a significant flattening of those pesky little bumps in just one day! The texture feels like a combination of silicone and protein - it's so firm and bouncy you can really feel it. The color is off-white, and I'd say it's about as thick as Avène S.O.S Cica-paste. As a result, it feels nourishing without being drying. The spatula is small, but if you push it in, you can store it between the inner and outer lids. It's not as sticky as you might expect, but it doesn't melt with body heat either. Instead, it leaves a thick, protective layer on your face, similar to a sleeping pack.
ConsThere's an odd scent that's reminiscent of rubber balloons or alcohol. This aspect might be polarizing, and I suspect most people won't like it. I certainly didn't. The formula is so lacking in hydration that it's impossible to use before makeup. You need to really work it into your skin to spread it, and if you apply even a slightly thick layer, it pills up like dead skin cells once it dries.
TipI wouldn't recommend this for morning care, but for night care, I suggest applying it generously to your skin. If you're sensitive to dust, consider placing a towel on your pillow before sleeping.

I absolutely love it! While I'm not a fan of the scent, I appreciate that it's mineral-based, which seems beneficial.
ConsThe fragrance is a bit off-putting, reminiscent of a medicinal smell. I really didn't like the scent.

(I received it as a free sample) However, I highly recommend the toner and skin fluid from the same line. They're super hydrating and have a nice bouncy texture! :) I'm considering purchasing those.
ConsThe scent is really strange, like a chemical or spoiled smell? As someone mentioned below, the texture is extremely thick, like an ointment. Because of this, it's very difficult to apply. It might be more suitable for use at a ski resort. I've never experienced a product with so little smoothness... I think this might be better used as a body product. It feels too heavy to apply on the face.
TipYou could use it as a substitute for Vaseline.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThis is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I've been using this product for exactly 9 days, with today being the 10th day. First off, for a cream, it definitely improves skin texture. I always thought creams were mainly for hydration, but Cremorlab's product lives up to its anti-wrinkle claims. Recently, I've been dealing with blemishes, so I simplified my routine to just 3 layers of toner, essence, and the Cremorlab cream. On the first day, due to its thick texture, I applied it in small amounts and gently spread it. After applying it at night and sleeping a couple of hours later, I woke up the next morning to find the cream completely absorbed, leaving my skin hydrated and firm. I was surprised because the texture is so thick, like cream cheese or butter, that I had almost given up on it being hydrating or absorbent. But contrary to my expectations, it sank right into my skin, creating what felt like a moisture barrier. No dryness at all! I then started applying it to my neck as well. Of course, during application, it felt a bit stiff due to the texture, but over time it naturally melted into the skin. Given its texture, I've been using it as a night cream, and I can definitely see improvements in my skin the next day. Before, I would wake up with all the moisture evaporated from my face and neck, leaving them dry and tight. But after using the Cremorlab cream, I wake up with proper nutrition and hydration still locked in. There's no rough texture when I touch my face. I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes, so I always prioritize hydration in my creams. Even Physiogel left my skin dry by the next morning. But with Cremorlab, my skin feels soft and bouncy when I touch it in the morning. And gradually, my blemishes started to disappear. Of course, I've simplified my routine and I'm using an essence too, but I think the cream, which locks in moisture and nutrition for a long time, plays a big role. When my facial skin is dry, nothing helps - it ends up feeling tight in the morning and blemishes don't improve. But eliminating the dryness has been a big help. As it claims to improve wrinkles, it's definitely strengthening my skin barrier. I plan to consistently apply it to other areas where I'm concerned about wrinkles, not just my face.
ConsThe main drawbacks are the scent and absorption rate. First, the scent is really going to be a love-it-or-hate-it thing. It has an ointment-like smell that was off-putting at first. It's not overwhelming, but you can't ignore fragrance when it comes to cosmetics. Of course, unscented would be ideal for a skincare product, but those who dislike the medicinal scent might not reach for it often. However, it doesn't linger long - it becomes fine after a while on your face. Also, the absorption process is quite lengthy. The texture itself is quite thick, so I applied small amounts all over my face and gently spread it, but it just sat there in clumps. So I had to pat it with my fingertips, then rub my palms together to generate some heat before pressing them against my face to help it absorb. If you remove your hands too quickly or apply it when it's cold, it really doesn't absorb well. Mixing it with oil seemed excessive, so I just used my palms to help it absorb. This process isn't feasible for busy mornings, so I only used it as a night cream. It's similar to Eucerin's night cream in terms of effectiveness. It definitely improves the skin barrier. Just as Eucerin has separate day and night creams, I used my existing Guerlain cream for day and Cremorlab for night.
TipIf you have blemish-prone skin like me, it's good to warm the cream between your palms and press it into your face to help absorption! I simplified my skincare routine due to blemishes, and I thought adding oil might be too much. This method worked quite well. It locks in moisture and nutrition, and as a result, my blemishes have reduced. I'm satisfied!

I wasn't expecting anything, but suddenly a package arrived. I was like, 'What's this?' Turns out, I won something! How exciting! Here's my review after using it morning and night for about 6 days: Being a regenerative cream with anti-wrinkle properties, it has a very rich, thick texture. At first, it doesn't seem to absorb instantly, which made me wonder if it was sinking in at all. But after gently massaging it along my skin texture several times, it absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling deeply nourished. It's like my skin just had a hearty meal - feeling full and satisfied! The texture might be a bit heavy for morning use, so I've been mixing it with my toner for my AM routine. This makes it much smoother and more hydrating, allowing it to penetrate better. When I apply it at night, it's like wearing a sleeping mask. I wake up with skin that feels hydrated without any deep dryness. My makeup seems to apply better too. I really like it! This product is perfect for the very dry winter months!
ConsThe scent is really off-putting... It has a strong medicinal smell, and combined with its thick, ointment-like texture, it feels like I'm applying medicine to my face. I'm also a bit disappointed with some of the ingredients. It contains pore-clogging components and even some that might trigger blemishes. If you have super sensitive skin, I strongly recommend patch testing before purchasing!
TipMixing it with toner in the morning? That's the trick! The cream itself is so heavy and rich that applying it alone in the morning can feel a bit overwhelming...!

I'm writing this after applying the cream once and sleeping on it. - Texture: This cream is slightly heavy with a rich consistency. I've tested many cosmetics from various companies, and this one stands out as the most memorable in terms of its weight. Due to its thick and elastic texture, it's best to pat it gently all over your face for even application. - Absorption: It absorbs well into the skin without sitting on top. Even those who wear heavy makeup shouldn't experience any pilling. - Hydration: I recommend using this at night rather than in the morning as it's quite heavy. It feels like you're getting your money's worth! After applying it before bed, I didn't feel any dryness the next morning. Interestingly, this cream forms a slight film on the skin after application. It doesn't feel overly oily. - Recommended skin type: This should work well for dry to normal skin types. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. - Blemishes: I didn't experience any. In fact, I tend to break out when products are too oily, but this one was fine.
Cons- The scent is unique. It has a slight medicinal smell mixed with a fresh fragrance, probably from added perfume. It's not overly bothersome, but personal preferences may vary, so it's hard to say definitively. - While the cream itself is good, I wish the ingredients were a bit more skin-friendly.
Tip- It comes with a spatula. Since it's a cream, it could easily collect dust. It's best to use the spatula to scoop out an appropriate amount. - I keep the spatula inside the container to avoid losing it. - Take good care of your skin, everyone. Here's to becoming skin beauties!
