When I first started using it on a friend's recommendation due to scalp itching, I experienced a whole new world. My entire scalp felt refreshingly cool, and it seemed to alleviate the itching. First off, the unpleasant scent is overwhelmingly strong. If you spray from a distance, it's hard to aim properly, but if you spray up close, the liquid drips down your face. After consistently using the shampoo, treatment, and Hinoki Plus, I haven't seen any improvements. I'm still suffering from itching... It actually seems worse than before, and I feel like I've developed a dependency on Hinoki Plus. (It provides temporary relief and coolness when sprayed, which is why I keep using it...) I've heard it's better to alternate with a hydrating shampoo later on.
