When I first started using it on a friend's recommendation due to scalp itching, I experienced a whole new world. My entire scalp felt refreshingly cool, and it seemed to alleviate the itching. First off, the unpleasant scent is overwhelmingly strong. If you spray from a distance, it's hard to aim properly, but if you spray up close, the liquid drips down your face. After consistently using the shampoo, treatment, and Hinoki Plus, I haven't seen any improvements. I'm still suffering from itching... It actually seems worse than before, and I feel like I've developed a dependency on Hinoki Plus. (It provides temporary relief and coolness when sprayed, which is why I keep using it...) I've heard it's better to alternate with a hydrating shampoo later on. Using only the Hinoki shampoo seems to have made my scalp and hair feel even drier! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 16, 2023
I've heard it's effective for scalp hair loss. I'm going to give it a try based on the recommendation! It's quite pricey and the cost is a bit of a burden, but I'm hopeful about the results. Fingers crossed! - mu****Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2022
Hmm... I'm not quite sure yet. But I can say the spray power is good! The scent is quite strong. Those sensitive to fragrances might not like it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 5, 2021
I've been using this for hair loss issues for over 3 months, and I'm starting to see baby hairs growing at my hairline!!! Well... the downside is that the spray nozzle is hard to control, so I've transferred the product to another bottle for easier use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 15, 2021
Mid-30s/Combination-Oily+Blemish-prone In my late 20s, my skin suddenly flipped, leading to 3 years of dermatological treatments for blemishes Nowadays, I get a facial every month or two In my late 20s, my skin abruptly turned extremely oily, causing severe blemishes. Even my scalp and limbs became oily year-round. It wasn't just shine, but sticky... ugh! I managed to solve my shampoo issue with Rausch Seaweed Shampoo, but I was too focused on my face... Later, I noticed my hairline thinning slightly at the corners of my forehead, like an M-shaped recession. Maybe due to the oiliness or age... anyway... A friend who invests heavily in hair care recommended this product, saying it solved her postpartum hair loss. She even shared a mini sample, which I used 2-3 times. She also shared the conditioner from the same line (I still use Rausch for shampoo). I still occasionally get small pimples along my hairline, so I had just extracted one. After shampooing, conditioning, and towel-drying, I sprayed it on both sides of my forehead where the hairline was thinning. It stung a bit, making me worry it might irritate my skin, but surprisingly, the extracted area healed faster. I think I used it about 3 times after receiving it, and wow! I could visibly see baby hairs sprouting! I had previously tried a product called Reto*** Re*** for the same concern, but despite diligent application, it was just okay. But this product? I was genuinely shocked when I looked in the mirror without thinking about it. They say using the treatment and shampoo together works even better, but since I can't change my shampoo, I think the combination of treatment and plus is already amazing! If you spray it too close, the product streams down due to the small surface area. If you spray from far away, you might accidentally spray your face if you don't angle it correctly. Using shampoo + treatment + plus together is supposed to be even better. I only use the treatment + plus, with a different shampoo! After gently towel-drying, spray it while your hair is still damp! Even if you have thinning at the hairline, don't spray too close. Think of nourishing a wider area including further back! Spray widely towards the back, avoiding your face! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 31, 2020
It quickly clears up blemishes when applied. It's great for seborrheic dermatitis. There's a slight alcohol scent. The ingredients could be better, but I'm satisfied with everything else. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2020
Great for hair and scalp health. It strengthens your hair strands. Particularly beneficial for oily scalps. The scent is overwhelmingly strong. It makes me wonder if this is really the only fragrance they could come up with. I can't go out in public after using this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2020
It's excellent for soothing blemishes on the scalp. When applied to wounds, it may sting a bit but promotes faster healing. Spraying it on mosquito bites helps alleviate itching. It's on the pricey side. There's a noticeable alcohol scent. The product has limited availability. Not just for the scalp, it works wonders on wounds and mosquito bites too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 26, 2020
It feels refreshing. The itchiness disappears and the scent isn't off-putting at all. The price is wicked and the ingredients aren't that great... hmm... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2019
I'm not sure if it's good to use it.... It would be better if the scent was a bit lighter. It's a bit strong.
