There's absolutely nothing to complain about. I've been using this product exclusively for years.

After trying other shades, I'm now using this new color. It's a natural shade with a solid formula that lasts long.

- The price is quite high unless it's on sale or part of a buy-one-get-one-free promotion.

- The light color is great as it doesn't darken even with multiple applications. It's perfect for those with black to dark brown hair who prefer a softer brow look.

- It applies evenly without clumping and gives a natural, powder-like stain effect.

- The lead's elongated hexagonal shape allows for precise application without sharpening, making it easy to create sleek tail ends.

- The lead is thick and sturdy, so it won't break unless you intentionally apply excessive force.

I've been using Clio's eyebrow product for a long time, but there's an issue with what I'd call the brush part. When I want to use the brush and pull on the brush cap, the part with the blade that's meant to be twisted open keeps coming out with it. It's really inconvenient, and it happens every single time I buy it, not just once or twice. There's definitely a problem with the packaging here. While it's a well-known item, it's not exactly cheap for a road shop eyebrow product, is it? I really wish they'd improve the packaging. The brush is so soft, I really want to use it!

The color is neither too dark nor too light - it's just the perfect light grayish-brown shade that I absolutely love. Summer cool-toned beauties, you need to try this! Even if it's just a test, give it a go. I think it could work well for those with deep undertones too. While it's a hard-type formula, so it doesn't glide on super smoothly, the staying power is fantastic. For someone like me who needs to head home if my brows fade away (haha), this is a godsend for those of us with lighter eyebrows.

The only downside was that the color became too intense after just a few layers.

I have oily skin, so sometimes it doesn't draw well. Especially on humid rainy days, it really doesn't draw well! Also, after sweating from exercise, my eyebrows sometimes disappear.

I don't think there were any major downsides~Ah! For those who haven't dyed their hair, I recommend shade 1 Natural Brown or 5 Greige Brown, and for those with darker brown hair, I recommend 2 Light Brown. For those with lighter dyed hair, I suggest 3 Peanut Brown or 4 Reddish Brown!!!!

The pigmentation was excellent!! Surprisingly, it applied even better on oily areas, which amazed me!!! 🙊 This is not an issue with the product, but rather my own mistake. I didn't read the instructions carefully and ended up buying Reddish Brown instead of Natural Brown. I use this eyebrow pencil every time I run out, and it works great for those with reddish tones, like people who have dyed their hair.

🙈 The application is very smooth. I used to worry about my eyebrows being a bit thick, as they were always drawn on heavily. But with this product, I can draw them on comfortably without that concern.
