Affordable and great for hydration! It doesn't cause any tingling sensation, and it has just the right amount of richness. As I've gotten older, my skin has definitely become less oily, so I was feeling super dry in winter. I switched to this from my usual line, and it's perfect for me! My skin texture has become softer too - it was rough and flaky all winter. I used to only use water-based moisturizers without any stickiness due to severe blemishes, but as I've aged, even applying multiple layers left my skin feeling tight. With this product, though, one application instantly relieves that deep dryness! Those who dislike rich products might find it a bit greasy. It might be a bit heavy for midsummer use, but I think it would be fine for those with dry skin even in summer, and suitable for all skin types in other seasons. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2019
True to its name, it's packed with hydration. The texture feels like a blend of gel cream and regular cream. It has a cooling effect when applied due to the alcohol content. When it's on sale at online shops, it becomes quite affordable, making it a convenient choice for everyday use. It seems particularly suitable for those with dry skin. While it's undoubtedly a moisturizing cream, there's a noticeable richness to it. After application, it feels like it forms a layer on the skin. It's not exactly sticky, but it does feel somewhat oily and heavy. This might be fine for those with very dry skin, but for someone like me with excess oil, this sensation isn't pleasant. It's just not the right fit for my combination dehydrated skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 17, 2018
I urgently needed this, so I bought it along with the toner from the same line. It was on sale, so I got it at a great price. After using it, I didn't experience any blemishes, and I think the amount is just right. Not only are the ingredients disappointing, but the residual oiliness after use feels like lard, and I don't think the hydration is particularly good either. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 20, 2018
I bought this because it was incredibly affordable. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. It feels a bit rich on the skin. If you apply too much, it can make your face look oily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 16, 2018
I was searching for a cream that provides ample hydration even with a light application. After receiving a recommendation, I bought this and was truly impressed. Just a small amount is enough to prevent any deep dryness and it feels great! I wanted an all-day cream, but I ended up using it only in the evenings. It feels a bit too rich for my liking. It was uncomfortable to apply makeup over it in the morning. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2018
It absorbs really well! And the packaging is so pretty... It's only moisturizing on the surface. It just feels greasy... I don't recommend it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 3, 2018
There's not much I particularly liked, except maybe the fragrance? It only moisturizes the surface of the skin. I have combination dehydrated skin. The sides of my nose, hairline, and cheeks are extremely dry, while my forehead and nose are less so. After using this, my skin completely freaked out, and I got a ton of tiny blemishes that took about 2-3 weeks to calm down. Even though my skin tends to be dry, this only moisturizes the surface and feels way too rich. It doesn't absorb well, so it doesn't seem to suit me. I won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 31, 2017
It's quite moisturizing...and a bit oily, but not to the point where it's unusable in this weather. The formula doesn't feel heavy or greasy when applied before makeup, and it absorbs completely. While it's moisturizing on the surface, it doesn't seem to fully hydrate the deeper layers of the skin. Sometimes the outer layer feels oily, but the inner layers feel dry. It stings a bit every time I apply it, especially in the evenings after cleansing when my skin is more sensitive. It doesn't cause redness or breakouts, but when my skin is in a bad condition, it seems to have a negative synergistic effect. It's not completely unusable, but I always wonder what's in it that makes it sting so much when I apply it. At night, I apply a hydrating gel cream and seal it in with a thin layer. In the mornings, I use a lot of essence and just a small amount as a protective coating. I'm pretty much done with this product and won't be repurchasing it. Of course, it stings every time I use it... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 2, 2017
I chose it because I saw that water beaded on the back of my hand when I first applied it. It seems to have long-lasting moisture. It's turned out to be the opposite. I'm a dry-skinned man, but it seems to be more oily than I expected. The oil content is high. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2017
When first applied, it has a light, spreadable texture and a moisturized, dewy feel. For my extremely dry skin, it feels moisturizing at first, but over time the surface becomes heavily oily while the interior feels dry. Despite the name 'Waterful Charge', it seems more suitable for those with normal to combination skin types rather than extremely dry skin. Also, I noticed some small blemishes appearing after using this cream, likely due to the heavy oiliness.
