I usually go for a light makeup look, but when I'm traveling and want to look extra nice for photos, I apply a small amount of this for a natural glow that earns compliments. You must use a puff to evenly spread just a rice-grain-sized amount over your face. • My skin tends to be dry, but my face sweats a lot. Thanks to its waterproof formula, this foundation stays put even when I sweat, eliminating the need for touch-ups. • I dislike makeup that creates a visible line between my face and neck. In winter, shade 21 can look too pale, while in summer, shade 23 lacks brightness and looks bare-faced. However, it matches perfectly with slightly tanned summer skin, giving a radiant look. In winter, it might appear yellowish at first, but it eventually settles into an even tone, providing smooth coverage that looks like clean, natural skin.
ConsFor special occasions like photoshoots, I apply it all over for full coverage. For everyday use, I apply it very thinly (which is challenging at first and requires practice) or use it as a concealer just on my cheeks.
Tip• Instead of squeezing out a rice-grain amount from the tube, open the cap and use the puff to pick up the small amount that seeps out. This technique allows for a natural makeup look. For areas needing more coverage, gently pat a bit more product. • My skin is very dry, so I absolutely can't use powder to set my makeup in winter. Instead, I lightly press with a clean, powder-free puff for a smooth finish. When touching up oily areas like the nose and forehead, I just pat gently with a clean, powder-free puff instead of adding more product.

I tried switching to other foundations, but I quickly realized how good my skin looks with this one and came right back. It's the only foundation that covers my freckles with just foundation and concealer. Even Double Wear needs more than that for my freckles. This foundation makes my skin look incredibly smooth. While a dewy finish isn't possible, you can achieve a subtle glow by patting it with a damp sponge. Even when it starts to wear off, it leaves a beautiful luminous finish.
ConsIt's surprisingly vulnerable to water! If you spray too much mist thinking your skin is dry, you might end up having to redo your entire makeup. You absolutely can't use it alone! I tried once and within 30 minutes, it felt like I was wearing a plaster mask. My face felt tight all day. You must mix it with a creamy moisturizer! Gel-type moisturizers don't blend well with this foundation. Double cleansing is a must! If you don't, you might end up with more blemishes. It seems necessary to double cleanse with an oil or water-based cleanser.
TipI'm shade 21, but I prefer not to look too pale. Mixing 218 and 207 in a 1:2 ratio gives a perfect, not-too-light 21 shade. The most important thing is to use a tiny amount! If you apply too much of this solid foundation, you'll end up wasting product. Personally, I found mixing it with Nivea's blue cream moisturizer works well!
