It breaks way too easily, and you can't even put it back in the case. When you try to use the shortest possible length, the case irritates your skin. It's really disappointing... 
za****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2019I tested it on the back of my hand and was impressed. After drawing a line and waiting about 5 seconds, it didn't smudge at all. Even when I rubbed it, it stayed put, so the staying power seems excellent. The color is a beautiful chocolate brown that's not too overwhelming - it looks very natural. Plus, the thin tip is perfect for filling in the lash line. The disappointing part is that it keeps crumbling. Every time I open the cap to use the eyeliner, I find it's all crumbled inside.

Once you twist it up, it doesn't retract! Also, you have to twist it multiple times to get even a small amount of product out.
