When I tried it, the advantage was that since it's a spot cream, I only applied it to the troubled areas. When I woke up, I felt that the trouble spots had calmed down, even if the dramatic effect wasn't there. I think it's much better than not using anything, and as I continued using it, the trouble spots disappeared and it became really good.

Oh, the Chicago line has an amazing soothing effect! I've tried everything except the toner, and I don't think there's any other skincare product that can calm the skin as well as these. The visible soothing effect is truly incredible.
Cons
Well, I'm so satisfied with the entire Cicca line and use it so well that I can't bring myself to stop.
Tip
For oily skin types, as mentioned in the instructions, you absolutely should not apply it all over the face - it will cause an oil slick. Just apply a small amount to sensitive areas at night, and it's truly wow-worthy 👏👏.

When you have a pesky breakout, Apply it like a medicated ointment before bed and sleep. It helps calm the skin by the next day.!! This works better at soothing than the Gwishin ampoule (I use both).
Cons
It's meant to be used only at night, so you can just apply it and go to sleep. There's really no downside to it.
Tip
If you suddenly have a lot of breakouts, Applying it thickly and sleeping with it helps calm the skin by the next day.

Pros
I tried the Chicago Ampoule for the first time as a sample when I bought it, and the soothing effect was amazing!!! It was when a few pimples had popped up reddishly. Luckily, I had the Cicapair spot, so I applied it only to the areas where the pimples had appeared and went to sleep. The next day, the redness had noticeably calmed down. Even though it didn't make the pimples disappear completely after just one application, the soothing effect was so satisfactory! When I applied it for the second time, I could see that the soothing effect was even better than before! My skin is sensitive and prone to occasional breakouts of one or two pimples, and this product was just perfect for those times. Among the other Cicabam products I've tried, this one suits me the best and shows visible effects.
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that the application isn't very smooth. Since it's a balm-type product, it feels a bit heavy, but I think that's just the nature of the formula.
