There's no oiliness or stickiness, which I really like. It has a nice, velvety finish.
ConsThose with dry skin may find it a bit drying and the amount might be insufficient.

I slathered it on my face before bed like a mask and slept with it.
ConsNo, I'm still satisfied and want to buy it again.
TipDon't be stingy, apply it generously... (I have breakouts all over my face)

When I woke up, I felt that the trouble spots had calmed down, even if the dramatic effect wasn't there. I think it's much better than not using anything, and as I continued using it, the trouble spots disappeared and it became really good.
ConsIt has more oil than moisture, so instead of replenishing moisture, it feels like there's an oily film on the surface while the inside is dry. The spreadability isn't great, and the amount is too little.
TipI applied a generous amount to my blemished areas and slept with it, and it turned out well.

So I applied a cicatrizant spot treatment, and it seems to be helping calm things down. The redness is subsiding, and some flaky skin-like buildup is coming up, but it appears to be settling. I'll keep using it consistently and hope it clears up completely.
ConsThe formula is a bit thick and clumpy. I'll try to dispense a small amount and spread it out widely. The price is a bit high, but other than that, I don't have any major complaints.

I'm using everything except the Chicago line lip balm, but I haven't really benefited greatly from this product yet. The texture is thick yet applies well. A small amount can be used for a relatively long time. When applied after an injury, it helps with scarring and soothing. After using it for a few days, it seems to have some effect on acne, but it's too slow, so it's not really for acne spots... It's a cream that soothes freshly irritated, damaged skin, not normal skin. It's like a substitute for ointment, so to speak.
ConsFirst of all, I'm using the Chicago line because of my sensitive skin, so I didn't expect it to work on acne, but since it's highly concentrated, I thought the soothing effect would be better, but there was nothing special. It didn't have much effect on me, so I don't think I'll repurchase it at this price.
TipThe ampoule cream and spot treatment might be a bit too much for oily skin. It's not bad as a recovery and regeneration cream after dermatological treatment. For those who don't want to use medical ointments for a long time, this cream can be a good option. If you buy it on sale, the price is similar to ointments and it might be a healthier choice.

The formulation is a bit thick, so I'm mainly applying it to the areas with blemishes or acne, rather than all over. I usually apply it after my evening cleansing routine and basic skincare. Personally, I've seen really great results. It may not be perfect the next day, but my blemishes and acne do subside to some extent. So when I do my makeup in the morning, the bumpy blemishes are not as prominent, and my skin looks smoother.
ConsSo far, there haven't been any particularly disappointing aspects, so I'll make any necessary adjustments after continued use.
TipAfter using the Cica Ampoule and then applying a moisturizer, I'm using it one more time on just the troubled areas. I'd recommend applying it only to the problem areas rather than all over.

It helps calm the skin by the next day.!! This works better at soothing than the Gwishin ampoule (I use both).
ConsIt's meant to be used only at night, so you can just apply it and go to sleep. There's really no downside to it.
TipIf you suddenly have a lot of breakouts, Applying it thickly and sleeping with it helps calm the skin by the next day.

I did not experience any side effects like itchiness.
ConsSince it is a nighttime type, the downside is that it doesn't apply very well, with a feeling like applying an ointment.
TipI recommend trying the sample first before purchasing the full product!

It was when a few pimples had popped up reddishly. Luckily, I had the Cicapair spot, so I applied it only to the areas where the pimples had appeared and went to sleep. The next day, the redness had noticeably calmed down. Even though it didn't make the pimples disappear completely after just one application, the soothing effect was so satisfactory! When I applied it for the second time, I could see that the soothing effect was even better than before! My skin is sensitive and prone to occasional breakouts of one or two pimples, and this product was just perfect for those times. Among the other Cicabam products I've tried, this one suits me the best and shows visible effects.
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that the application isn't very smooth. Since it's a balm-type product, it feels a bit heavy, but I think that's just the nature of the formula.
TipWhen my skin becomes sensitive, applying this to the affected areas and sleeping overnight provides an excellent soothing effect! I highly recommend this to those with sensitive skin!

Since it's a mild product, I didn't use it all over my face, but rather on the relatively drier U-zone area, and the troubles in that area have improved a lot. I think I'll repurchase it.
ConsUsing it all over the face might be a bit greasy? It seems to be originally intended for spot treatment, not for full-face application.
TipIf you apply it to the troubled areas, it helps calm them down.
