The pearls are a bit large, and when applied on the cheekbones, the glow is soft and pretty. But for me, when I applied it on the area between my eyebrows and forehead, it tended to emphasize the texture, so you need to be careful when applying it there. ㅠ ㅠ The tip of the nose also gets clumpy, so you'll need to choose your tools carefully and apply it gently! Also, when applying with a brush, there was quite a bit of powder fallout.

The only downside is the paper packaging. As someone who collects makeup, I do prefer the paper cases, but I know many people dislike them. And the white shade is not something I'll use often, so I'll probably reach for the beige tones the most. It does feel like the palette is in a bit of a vicious cycle where I only use certain shades.

I'm glad I was able to purchase 3 highlighters for a great price. The MAC highlighters are so affordable, even compared to brands like Bobbi Brown. The pearl particles are so finely milled and exactly what I was looking for. It's great that I can choose different shades to suit my mood and look. I think this product is a must-have for anyone who likes to experiment with different makeup looks.

When picking up the product with a brush, try to lightly sweep it on rather than swiping, to avoid powder fallout. Highlighting the T-zone, under the eyes, and on the high points of the cheekbones looks really pretty. You can also mix and match the different highlighter shades, which is great for finding the perfect color for any look.

When I apply the highlighter with a puff, it tends to apply a bit unevenly. Blush or finely-milled contouring powders don't seem to have this issue. Perhaps it's because of the creamy texture - when I use a brush and try to pick up the product, there's a bit of powder fallout. It works better if I gently dab the brush on the product instead of sweeping it.

The fact that there are 3 different colors of highlighter available is really great, as it allows me to choose the right one for different areas of my face and according to my skin type or makeup style at the time.

Depending on the type of brush you use to apply it, you can get the color payoff that suits your preference, so it's a good idea to try different brushes you have.
The puff is not recommended as it is too strongly applied.
