While you don't need to apply a lot, just a little bit helps to naturally brighten my complexion!! It's also great for areas like the neck. It brightens up so naturally even with just a small amount!! Also, it doesn't cause any breakouts for me, who has acne-prone skin, so I've been using it confidently for 3 bottles now haha It has a refreshing scent even though it doesn't contain any artificial fragrances I also feel like my face has become whiter than before haha

The product I received as a gift after purchasing the 'Water something-or-other'. I didn't have high expectations and used it. And just that! Let me start the review. 1. Fluffiness ☆☆☆☆ It's extremely fluffy. I have an oily T-zone and slightly dry skin. So as long as I take good care of it, there's not much difficulty in applying makeup, except for my nose. (Crazy nose sweat. My lifelong destiny) Since my T-zone is oily, I dislike sticky and greasy types. But this product is really fluffy. I give it 4 stars for this aspect. However, it's not recommended for those with dry skin. 2. Tone-up ☆☆☆.5 It gives a decent and pretty tone-up effect. After this, just a little bit of eyebrow and lip makeup makes me look whiter and prettier. As a tone-up cream, don't expect great coverage. It's just a light, everyday product.

It is blotchy and has a clumping feeling. It also tends to slide off and is irritating and very clumped when applied to the neck, not spreading easily. Pros
The ingredients are good I haven't seen a tone-up cream with ingredients as good as this one yet No transfer When I applied it to my neck and touched it, it didn't seem to transfer. Good lasting power The lasting power seems quite good. Normally, tone-up creams have short lasting power and lose their radiance as the oil comes up and they become transparent, but this one doesn't seem to do that. The radiance lasts a bit longer.
Cons
Excessive whitening I bought it because it was said to tone up naturally... but it's really not natural at all... it makes me look too white 😭😭 I tried the Peripera Blur* Milk Blur and that looked more natural. I usually just apply a little bit of tone-up cream before my foundation to look a bit more radiant, but this one makes me look darker and duller compared to the foundation I normally use. Applies unevenly I bought it to use quickly when I'm in a rush to go out, but it applies so unevenly and clings that I'm not sure how to apply it 😂😂 Even when I use a puff, the initial application marks are still visible ㅠㅜ No matter how quickly I try to blend it with my hands, the blending doesn't work well I apply a hydrating toner as a base, let it dry, and then apply the tone-up cream, but it still feels like it's sitting on top ㅠ Never apply this over your makeup... it ruins the makeup you worked hard on ㅠㅜ
