The quality ingredients seem to make it feel light and breathable when applied. With the right amount, it brightens naturally and beautifully, which I really appreciate. It's challenging to blend if you don't apply it quickly. Also, in winter, if you don't properly moisturize beforehand, it tends to pill and look patchy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 30, 2020
Honestly, I can't think of anything particularly good about this product. It was completely below expectations. When I'm shopping for a brightening moisturizer, the most important thing I look for is how naturally it applies. Isn't that the case for everyone? I think we all search for tone-up creams because we want something that can enhance our complexion without having to use foundation or cushion. However, no matter how carefully I try to apply this, it pills up, leaves a white cast, and it's just a disaster. I'd rather go bare-faced than use this. It gives off a grayish tone, creating a sort of pale skin look? And if you don't blend it quickly, it sets and leaves white spots. With lightning-fast, expert application skills, you might achieve an even tone without pilling, but that's a one-in-a-hundred chance. It rarely works out that way. I ended up mixing it 50/50 with sunscreen and carefully applying it with a damp sponge, which was quite stressful. Finally, it leaves your face looking extremely patchy. Absolutely do not recommend! As mentioned above, mixing it with sunscreen does help a bit with the pilling issue, though it still pills to some extent. Another important tip is to apply it with a damp sponge! If it weren't for the sponge, I would have tossed it after just one use, even though I didn't use much of it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 20, 2020
It definitely brightens the skin significantly and seems to work well as a whitening cream. It's great for applying on bare skin. When applying, it tends to stain? If you don't apply it quickly, only that spot becomes white. The absorption was really poor. It applied unevenly, giving a streaky appearance. It was also extremely drying. After application, all the dead skin cells would show up, so you'd definitely need to mix it with a moisturizer. The whitening effect was a bit unnatural, and my friends said I looked like a ghost when I wore it. You absolutely need to have a solid skincare base, and when using this, mix it with something hydrating for better application and to avoid dryness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinFeb 6, 2020
On days when I don't feel like putting on full makeup but need to step out quickly, this feels more convenient than BB cream. There's no stickiness, and while I do have fair skin, it evens out my blemishes nicely. The scent is pleasant too. These are the aspects I really appreciate. After using the product, I found that pilling is its main drawback. Because of this, if I try to apply cushion foundation or use a damp sponge over it, it tends to roll off. So I either use it alone or only pair it with cushion products. To address the pilling issue, I've found that mixing it with a slightly darker foundation or BB cream before application works better. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinDec 14, 2019
My complexion tends to be quite dark, but I was thrilled to see how much it brightened up with just a small application! It's a bit tricky to control the amount. If you apply a little too much, your face can look unnaturally pale and floating. It tends to sit on the skin rather than absorb, which is somewhat disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinJul 18, 2019
Moremo Brightening Cream B The 'glutathione' ingredient, known for its use in brightening injections, is said to truly illuminate your complexion! I didn't experience any tingling during application or any skin reactions afterward. It's marketed as a gentle product suitable for sensitive skin, and as someone with atopic, sensitive skin, I found it agreeable. The ingredients are excellent - there are no harmful or cautionary components, and it doesn't irritate the skin at all! To be honest, I bought this product because I desperately wanted to achieve that brightening effect. While I can't say it made me dramatically fairer, it does help to even out the skin tone and create a brighter complexion. It's a decent choice for a brightening moisturizer. I haven't experienced any blemishes while using this product either! If you shop around, you can find it priced anywhere from the 6000 won range to about 9900 won. If you're planning to purchase, I recommend doing some research to get the best deal. The downside is that I didn't see significant brightening results. Also, there's a slight white cast when applied. I didn't notice it myself, but when someone else tried it on, this issue became apparent. Pro tip: For dry skin, mix it with a hydrating sunscreen on a puff - it works wonders! It glides on smoothly with a soft, light pink color. The packaging is also beautifully designed. It stains immediately upon application and doesn't blend well. Despite a thorough skincare routine, it still looks patchy and feels extremely drying. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 15, 2019
I first started using this when a friend gave it to me as a birthday gift, and it's so good that I'm planning to repurchase it... Let me share some quick highlights: Color: It contains calamine powder, giving it a subtle pink tint that's absolutely gorgeous... It adheres to the skin perfectly, creating a natural, your-skin-but-better look that's simply jaw-dropping. Correction: While it's a brightening moisturizer, it surprisingly offers some corrective effects! You can tell right away when you apply it to your hand - it conceals veins and slightly fades spots!! It also subtly covers blemishes on the face. Feel: Since I have oily skin, I usually can't use products that are too rich. However, this one has a silky finish that feels great, and it doesn't cause any blemishes, which I love... It's amazing! Application: If you don't apply it well, it can become patchy and prone to pilling... Make sure to spread it quickly! Adherence: If your skin condition isn't great, it might slightly separate or pill after some time... - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 15, 2019
The ingredients are great! I didn't expect it, but I was surprised to find there are no harmful components. It sets almost instantly, seemingly faster than Double Wear. It absorbs into the skin quickly, turning white, which makes it prone to streaking and difficult to apply evenly. Instead of a peachy tone, it's white, so it doesn't give a natural tone-up effect but rather looks like the white cast from sunscreen. It doesn't adhere well to the skin, and if you have large pores, it might settle into them. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 15, 2019
It really brightens up your skin so much that my friends were amazed. Make sure to apply it on your neck too! It looks too cakey. Even if you pat it in, it still looks too heavy. It feels moisturizing at first, but gets drier over time. You absolutely must do your skincare routine first. Be careful as it can emphasize dead skin cells and look very cakey.
