I bought this when there weren't many lemon-colored concealers on the market. As someone with fair skin that has yellow undertones, I found this lemon-colored concealer to be a perfect match. While the Marubi concealer may look small in quantity, its rich texture means a little goes a long way in providing great coverage. This allows the product to last for quite a while. Due to its thick consistency, it can apply a bit heavy if you're not careful. You need to use a brush to apply it thinly, which takes some time. Because of this, I find myself less inclined to reach for it on busy mornings when I'm in a rush. - hj*******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 15, 2024
I bought this along with shade 3. I use shade 1 to brighten my dark circles after covering them with shade 3, or as a highlighter! It lives up to its reputation with great coverage and adherence to the skin. It can be a bit drying, so you'll need to prep your skin well with moisturizer and apply just a tiny amount. - ya*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 26, 2024
I bought shade #1 to cover my dark circles. It's great because you only need to use a tiny bit, so the amount you get is generous. There wasn't really anything disappointing about this product. Thank you! - wj********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 21, 2024
I bought this to conceal red marks on my fair complexion. It's great, really good! While it's a bit tricky to control, the coverage is so excellent that I can overlook that minor issue. - jj********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 27, 2023
It's great for brightening and works well as a highlighter. Gently apply it to areas you want to illuminate, and it gives a plumped-up look to sunken skin! I'm afraid I'll use it up too quickly. I wish it came in a larger size. - ni********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2023
It definitely brightens the complexion. The firm texture provides excellent coverage. I use it to add dimension when I want to create a sculpted look. It settles into pores and fine lines. This is truly a critical flaw. Works wonders for contouring when applied to the cheekbones and bridge of the nose. Really enhances facial structure. - h.*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedDec 15, 2023
I bought this to use as a highlighter on my nose bridge and forehead. It's an incredibly bright lemon-colored concealer that's perfect for adding dimension to your face. The amount you get is generous, so I think it'll last for ages. It's essential to use a concealer brush with this product. If you try to apply it with your fingers, it tends to cake up and look patchy. - 54********Dry SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsOct 31, 2023
I'm using this as a highlighter, and it looks absolutely stunning right after application! It's way too thick and dry. Even when I apply a tiny amount with a brush or mix it with liquid concealer, it emphasizes dead skin cells like crazy. - ku******Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 13, 2023
It's fantastic as a highlighter - the color is so bright that the effect is really noticeable. Among the pot-type concealers I've tried, this one has the best coverage and adherence to the skin. It doesn't set like paint when it dries, so inevitably it can rub off if there's a lot of friction. It's quite thick, so you need a bit of technique to apply it thinly. If you find it difficult, try mixing it with your BB cream or foundation. - uj****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 11, 2023
The color is beautiful and it adheres to the skin wonderfully. I bought the lightest shade for highlighting purposes, and I'm really pleased with it. The gradually increasing price...? When I purchased Maru Viltz before, it wasn't as expensive as it is now. It seems the prices have been adjusted to reflect the rising cost of living.
