Great for travel! The quantity is surprisingly generous - once, three of us shared a single packet. The scent is refreshingly pleasant. Since it's a powder cleanser, I recommend adding a bit of water to your hands first, then lather it up for a nice foam. While the cleansing effectiveness isn't extraordinary, it's gentle enough on the skin without causing irritation. One downside is the packaging - it's incredibly difficult to open, so I resort to using scissors. That's a bit inconvenient. For home use, I find it more convenient to transfer some into an empty container and use it little by little. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2019
First off, the portability is fantastic! It's so convenient to pack this for every trip. The scent is spot-on calamansi - it's so refreshing, it's almost like a vitamin boost that makes you want to eat it! The cleansing effectiveness is great too. Even though it's a powder, it lathers up nicely. The packaging is a bit too tough to open by hand. I always end up using my teeth or scissors. For those with dry skin, it might cleanse too thoroughly and could leave your skin feeling a bit parched. Make sure to pack this for your travels - it's super convenient and absolutely amazing! - go*****Oily SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 12, 2019
It was my first time trying a powder cleanser, and I thought it would run when it touched water... but surprisingly, it didn't! The cleansing effectiveness is just right, and best of all, the individual packaging makes it perfect for popping a few in your bag for on-the-go use. There's nothing particularly bad about it. However, for women, it might not be sufficient to remove all makeup. Keep one or two in your bag. You'll find them incredibly handy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 10, 2019
The individual packaging makes it convenient for travel. The scent is a bit unusual. If it weren't for the smell, there wouldn't be any other notable drawbacks. - xx*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2019
I love it! It smells great and leaves you feeling squeaky clean. There's plenty in each packet, so you can even use it on areas prone to blemishes. The fine particles tend to scatter easily, which is a bit frustrating. It also washes away quickly with water, which is somewhat disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 11, 2019
I loved this product so much that I recommended it to several friends, giving them a few packets each to try. Now they're all buying it for themselves! The individual packets are hygienic and super convenient for travel. I even feel like my complexion has brightened a bit! It's frustratingly difficult to open the packets by hand. You almost need scissors to cut them open. When used in the shower on acne-prone areas like the neck and chest, it definitely makes your skin feel smoother! - gp***Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 16, 2019
I used to use Papa Recipe's White Flower Enzyme Cleansing, but when it was discontinued, I tried other cleansers. Those other cleansers didn't give me that clean feeling and didn't suit my skin well. However, after returning to this cleanser, my skin doesn't feel rough at all, and I can feel it effectively removing my makeup. Compared to the White Flower Enzyme, this powder feels a bit softer. Perhaps because the powder is too fine, if you sprinkle a lot and add water, it tends to clump a bit and doesn't lather up well. Also, it would have been better if it came in a container rather than single-use packets, which is a bit inconvenient. When sprinkling the powder on your hand, instead of concentrating it in one spot, spread it out evenly. This will help prevent clumping when you work it into a lather. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedNov 22, 2018
I switched to this when my usual powder cleanser was discontinued. The cleansing effectiveness is great, and one sachet is enough for two uses with plenty of foam. The individual packaging is perfect for travel and overnight stays. The individual packaging, while a plus, can also be a drawback. You need to cut open the sachet each time, which is difficult to do by hand and requires scissors. Apart from that, I didn't notice any other significant downsides or disappointments. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2018
I bought this along with other products because it's from Papa Recipe, a brand I trust. When mixed with my foam cleanser, it seems to remove dead skin cells and brighten my skin. As someone with acne-prone skin, I felt it had a soothing effect, so I used it occasionally. The unavoidable scent... It might not suit everyone's preferences. If you want to use it on its own, the powder can be quite messy and might make you cough. I recommend mixing it with a good quality foam cleanser, leaving it on for 3-4 minutes like a mask, then rinsing it off. - tl**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsOct 5, 2018
Great to pack for trips. It's a decent product for everyday use. Hmm, since it's a powder, if it gets into your nose when it scatters, it can be really, really painful.
