I've been using this consistently 2-3 times a week since spring 2023. As someone with combination skin that occasionally gets sensitive, I love how gentle this peeling gel is - no tingling sensation at all when using it. The texture is a moist gel that forms little balls as you massage it, gently sweeping away dead skin cells. After cleansing, my skin feels incredibly smooth to the touch. You don't need to rub hard for it to naturally remove old skin cells. On days when my makeup applies flawlessly and stays put, it's usually because I've used this product. The scent isn't overpowering either, making it pleasant for everyone to use! While I haven't experienced any blemishes from it, I didn't notice much change in blackheads around my nose or pore care. It just slightly tidies up excess oil. It doesn't magically eliminate blackheads, so I use it mainly for evening out skin texture and removing dead skin cells. When applied to a dry face, it doesn't pill as much, which initially made me wonder, "Is this even exfoliating?" Using too much product can actually cause more pilling and feel less smooth. It gently removes dead skin cells without irritation. Thumbs up! The ingredients are mild and the scent is pleasant. I've gone through 5 bottles - it's my go-to exfoliating gel. I didn't find any downsides in terms of how it feels to use. There's nothing to complain about. For gentler exfoliation, I recommend using a hydrating oil cleanser or balm cleanser instead of a foam cleanser before removing dead skin cells. Unbeatable value! This product is so well-known that I'm now on my third bottle since first trying it. One bottle lasts me about 6 months to a year. Even with my super sensitive skin, using it every other day doesn't cause any irritation. It's great at removing dead skin cells - after cleansing with this peeling gel, you can really feel how smooth your skin becomes. I especially love how it effectively clears away the white flakes around the nose area. It doesn't permanently remove dead skin cells, as they do reappear the next day. However, this can easily be addressed with other complementary products. Besides this minor point, I can't think of any other drawbacks to this product! I've only used it twice so far, but I'm loving how it provides just the right amount of exfoliation and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft. Personally, I prefer exfoliating gels with a bit of kick rather than those that are completely gentle. I'm planning to repurchase when I run out.
