The moment you apply it to dry skin, it feels wonderfully moisturizing and gives a dewy finish. It seems to penetrate deep into the skin. However, there's a slight inconvenience as you need to massage in the remaining oiliness several times for full absorption. But for severely dry skin, the product's effectiveness is worth the minor hassle. - as****Dry SkinRecommendedApr 22, 2023
As a 30-something who's lived with dry skin my entire life, I've tried every high-oil, high-nourishment cream out there. Even famous brands like Nivea or Kiehl's left me feeling dry, so when a friend told me about this 'oil' cream popular among middle-aged women, I decided to give it a shot. And wow, it's literally a ball of oil - I love it! However, it's incredibly rich and sits on top of the skin rather than absorbing quickly, so it might be hit or miss for some people. I'm used to these heavy creams, so it's perfect for me. The staying power is impressive too. Some creams evaporate after a few hours, leaving my skin dry again, but this one lasts. Plus, the amount you get is insane - I'm totally satisfied! As I mentioned in the pros, it's extremely oily, so more people might dislike it than like it... I wouldn't recommend it for those prone to blemishes from even slightly oily products. I have dry skin that doesn't produce oil even in the T-zone, so this level of richness works for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedOct 4, 2020
It's fantastic for extremely dry skin. I've been using it for over 5 years now. I haven't really noticed anything special yet, but it seems good. Nothing to add. - hk****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2020
I was so frustrated with not finding anything suitable that I thought I'd just use the cheap stuff my mom used to use. But wow, this is amazing! My skin is actually calming down. The major downside is that it's quite rich and feels sticky due to the high oil content. But I guess that's what's protecting the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2018
It's affordable, so I bought one to use as a moisturizer after showering on areas that need extra care. It's great for applying on elbows, buttocks, and rough spots on hands. The generous amount ensures you can apply it liberally without running out. It can feel a bit sticky. Rather than thinking of it as absorbing into the skin, you should apply it with the mindset of creating a protective barrier.
