I bought this as a deep cleansing option because my regular cleansing foam wasn't effectively removing sunscreen, and I'm quite satisfied. Being a balm type, there's no disaster of it dripping everywhere when rubbing it in. It cleanly removes most eyeliner and mascara without needing a separate remover, which is great. The emulsification process is decent too. On lazy days, I just use this cleansing balm for my first cleanse and then move straight to skincare. For a product with high oil content like balms or oils, it leaves surprisingly little of that slippery, oily residue. Overall, it's a product I'm really happy with.

If you're someone who enjoys that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, you might find this cleanser doesn't provide that sensation.

No matter what other cleansing products I try, I always end up coming back to Banila Co's cleansing balm.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It's a solid, reliable option that you can use without any issues.

This was my first time trying a cleansing balm, and I was impressed! The texture was fascinating, and it cleansed my skin gently yet effectively. I'm really satisfied with the results!

Every time I use it, I have to scoop out the balm and put it on my face or hands before closing the lid. If I put it on my hands, it often drips and falls on the floor when I'm trying to close the container.

This product keeps all the benefits of cleansing oils while eliminating the drawbacks! With regular cleansing oils, no matter how careful I was, my eyes would always end up stinging and getting cloudy. But this one maintains the same cleansing power without those annoying side effects.

Although it comes with a spatula, it's a bit of a hassle to apply with it and then clean it afterwards.

I loved how it seemed to dissolve impurities. While I'm not sure about its waterproof makeup removal, it does an excellent job of cleansing regular makeup.

Many people have mentioned this, but the scoop-and-apply method is unhygienic and inconvenient. I hope they come up with a different approach, like a tube type that you can squeeze out for use.

The new orange gel-type is easy to apply and has a nice scent, but it's the most irritating for me. I ended up throwing away all the others and settling on this product. It's frustrating that the same company releases so many types of cleansing balms. I spent nearly $100 trying to find the right one. I wish they offered a sample-size package to try different varieties.

I've tried all types of Banila Co cleansing balms, and this one works best for my sensitive, oily skin. The purple one for sensitive skin lacks cleansing effectiveness, while the green one with dead skin cell removal is too irritating. The pink one is generally okay, but it leaves residue and causes slight irritation, so I stopped using it.
