It smudges easily... As easily as it comes off, it also spreads. That's why I've switched to a different product now.

As someone with clumsy hands, I always opt for easy-to-remove eyeliner pencils. This one's great because even if I mess up, it wipes off easily, so I can use it without stress.

The downside is having to sharpen it each time, and it stops working when it comes into contact with skin oils, suddenly becoming too hard to apply

It absorbs well without much fuss, doesn't smudge too badly, and offers good value for money

I don't completely fill in my eyes with eyeliner, but rather use it just to create an eyelid line. For the rest, I blend the eyeliner and eyeshadow to create a soft, shadowy effect. This way, it's less likely to look overly harsh and my eyes appear more defined.
The pencil format is great for precisely defining the eyelid.

The downside is that it needs to be sharpened. As a pencil, it has a crumbly texture, so to speak. That's why it feels like it wears down quickly and applies thickly. In the waterline, it doesn't apply as precisely.

No matter what eyeliner I drew, it would smear under my eyes and create dark circles. The Woodbury eyeliner I used by chance was a pencil type, so it was easy to draw with. Pencils are more prone to smudging than liquid or gel eyeliners, but the smudging was subtle, like a shadow, and when I blended it with eyeshadow, the smudging was even less noticeable. Eventually, I just started using Woodbury for my entire eye makeup.
