I've been using this for about 6 months, and it's honestly just a really solid, no-frills basic product. I'm not sure if it's just me, but when used alone, I feel like it doesn't remove base makeup very effectively.

Around 10,000 won for a buy-one-get-one-free deal? Not a bad value for the price. The foam is rich and creamy, like whipped cream. The container says it's for oily skin, but when I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, there are three components marked as bad for oily skin. I was pleasantly surprised that despite its slightly acidic nature, it didn't cause any deep dryness as I had expected! There wasn't anything I disliked about it. It lathers up well, giving me the feeling of a thorough cleanse.

It cleanses thoroughly without any discomfort or irritation. Perfect for those nights when you just want to wash your face quickly and go to bed. It leaves your skin feeling clean without drying it out. In my opinion, it doesn't particularly dry out the skin and seems suitable for all skin types, not just oily or dry. My skin type: I used to have acne-prone oily skin, but as I've gotten older, it's become more combination with dry tendencies. If the formula doesn't change, I think I'll continue using this product. According to Hwahae's ingredient analysis, there might be some ingredients towards the bottom of the list that we should be cautious about. I've been using this for about two weeks, and I love that there's no tightness after cleansing. Before, I used to wake up with a lot of oil on my face, but since using this, my skin feels much less oily, which is great! The scent might be a bit divisive. I got to use this product after winning a survey. I've been using it for about a month. It has decent cleansing effectiveness, making it suitable as a family cleanser. The cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking. It doesn't seem to clean foundation trapped in pores very well. I'm also disappointed that my face feels tight after cleansing (I have combination dehydrated skin). If you use this product, you might want to limit it to light daytime cleansing rather than makeup removal. When removing makeup, first use cleansing tissues or oil for initial cleansing, then follow with this product. I've been using this product for just under a week now. The deep cleansing power was surprisingly effective. It seemed to remove sunscreen well without the need for double cleansing. Usually, in winter, most cleansers leave my skin feeling tight, but this one didn't cause any deep dryness at all, which I absolutely loved. As someone with oily skin, I feel like this product suits me well, so I'm planning to repurchase. If you have oily skin, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try. I didn't really notice any significant effects on my skin. It wasn't particularly effective on things like blackheads either, unfortunately.
