* I often struggled with seborrheic dermatitis, but this shampoo has been a game-changer. Just three pumps are enough to leave my hair squeaky clean. * You need about three pumps to wash short men's hair. However, it seems this product has been discontinued. It's no longer available. - bo*********Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 6, 2021
The cleansing effectiveness is great, and my hair condition after use was quite good. I used it postpartum and was satisfied with the gentle ingredients. The best part was the scent - it has a slightly cinnamon-like aroma that's hard to find in other shampoos, giving it a luxurious feel that I absolutely loved. My hair felt healthier after using it. It might feel a bit stiff at first, but that sensation doesn't last after rinsing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2019
As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, regular shampoos used to cause pimples and itching on my scalp. But with this, the itchiness and blemishes have disappeared! Right after washing, your hair doesn't feel immediately soft. Also, the downside is that you end up only wanting to use this shampoo. After washing, it's beneficial to apply some hair serum to your ends once or twice a week. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2019
First off, the cleansing effectiveness is great! This product shattered my preconception that natural shampoos have weak cleansing power. My daughter, who's just entered first grade, is starting to develop that human(?) scent on her scalp. We've tried various kids' shampoos, but none were satisfactory. I tried this without much expectation, but it washed away impurities thoroughly. After drying, her hair was shiny and easy to brush. Curious, I tried it myself and experienced similar results! Looks like we'll be sticking with bamboo shampoo for a while~ Since it doesn't contain surfactants, it doesn't lather well, and as someone else mentioned, it drips down like a yellow nose (haha). You need to be careful with pumping to control the amount. Don't want to waste a single drop! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2019
The natural surfactants seem to leave my scalp feeling squeaky clean and refreshed. The biggest drawback of natural surfactants is that they can make hair feel stiff, which is also the case here. And of course, the price. It's quite expensive for the amount you get. Being an organic product, I thought it wouldn't be harmful to the skin, so I use it with my child. It seems to help improve the blemishes on the scalp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2018
My frizzy hair has calmed down and the texture has improved significantly. Even in winter, there's no static electricity, and my hair definitely feels healthier. Apart from the price being a bit steep, I didn't find any other drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2018
I discovered this shampoo after getting stressed about persistent blemishes that wouldn't go away even after washing my hair. With consistent use, those pesky blemishes stopped appearing. While they weren't particularly painful, they were still quite annoying and bothersome. This shampoo leaves my scalp feeling thoroughly cleansed. When wet, my hair feels a bit stiff and my fingers don't glide through easily, but once it dries, it becomes wonderfully soft. It can leave the scalp and hair feeling slightly dry. Also, the shampoo formula tends to dry up around the bottle opening, causing it to squirt out unexpectedly when squeezed. Currently, I'm trying out different shampoos due to curiosity about other products. However, if I start experiencing scalp blemishes again, I won't hesitate to return to using this shampoo. - ij*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinDec 30, 2017
I trusted the ingredients were safe and used this for a long time - about 2 years. Besides the safe ingredients, I'm not sure there was much else to praise. First off, the scent is really unpleasant. I used this product for a long time, and with prolonged use, my scalp became extremely dry to the point of pain. That's why I ended up switching to a different shampoo. Even when I went to the salon, the stylists mentioned how dry my scalp and hair were. I don't get perms or color my hair, so I thought it was strange that my hair was so dry and damaged. It wasn't until I changed shampoos that I realized this one was the culprit. If you're planning to use this shampoo, make sure to use it with a conditioner. Your hair can become very dry over time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 28, 2017
I bought this product while searching for a gentle shampoo due to my seborrheic dermatitis. Now, if I use anything else, my scalp gets itchier, so I'm exclusively using this product. The scent isn't particularly pleasant. The price is quite high, which makes it a bit burdensome. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 17, 2017
I switched to this shampoo after hearing it's not harmful to the body. While some reviews mentioned the scent being bothersome, I didn't find it particularly unpleasant. It has a mild herbal fragrance, if anything. It doesn't lather much, so you need to thoroughly wet your scalp to ensure proper cleansing.
