It's great for oily skin without feeling greasy. Seems to work well for sensitive skin too. The downside is that the shade is a bit too dark... - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2019
1. Even when your skin is acting up, you still need to put on makeup for work, right? We all need to apply at least some BB cream for social situations. When my face was going through a rough patch, everything I applied would hurt by evening, and even high-end makeup products wouldn't stick or would look cakey. That's when I stumbled upon this. I was hesitant at first since it was an unfamiliar brand, but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did - it's been a game-changer for my makeup routine. 2. While the ingredients aren't exactly top-tier, they're not bad either. Let's face it, makeup products inevitably contain various pigments and ingredients. I've tried other gentle products from different brands, but they would either pill up like dead skin or crumble into powder. This one, however, performed decently. It may not have the most impressive ingredient list, but it's relatively gentle on the skin. 4. Surprisingly hydrating As I mentioned earlier, I'm not sure about how 'clean' the ingredients are, but I could wear this alone all winter and still feel hydrated. It's not a full-coverage foundation, but it conceals what needs to be concealed and allows for additional makeup application. I used it as a soothing cushion for my skin. Now I understand why they call it a 'healing cushion'. 5. It doesn't fade gracefully When it starts to wear off, it tends to look a bit dull and gradually fades away. It's not the most elegant way for makeup to wear off. 6. The packaging could use some work While it's improved since the last version, aesthetically, it's still a bit lacking. 7. Like with all makeup, proper skincare beforehand makes everything easier. When my skin was breaking out but I still needed to wear makeup, using this made my face feel like it could breathe a little. It's a relief when you're dealing with blemishes but still need to go out. - ja*****Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 3, 2019
As someone with acne-prone, oily skin, I find this product does a great job evening out my complexion and providing good coverage. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. The price is the only issue. If they could lower the price of this excellent product, I'm sure many more people would buy it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2019
It absorbs into my skin seamlessly, making it look radiant and luminous. The makeup also seems to stay put without much breakdown. It feels a bit drying, and I'm disappointed that there's no refill option available, especially considering the price. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2019
I've used so many bottles of this that I've lost count, and I can't find any real drawbacks Hmm... As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I like it, but if I had to find something to nitpick, maybe the price? - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 3, 2019
The adhesion is great and it applies quite nicely. I don't think I've ever had any blemishes from using it. I'm pretty happy with how I'm using it! The staying power is... well... haha. On windy days, it all just slides right off. - rk*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2018
I've used this product before and I'm back to try it again. Previously, I was disappointed that refills weren't available, but now they're compatible! That's amazing! The design has also improved - I took a photo for reference (the purple text is the previous version). It has good coverage and decent staying power. When I use this, I rarely need touch-ups (though I don't do them often anyway, as it doesn't noticeably break down). I was torn between H and A versions, as H is more hydrating, but A has better coverage. It's a solid, easy-to-use product. The price is quite high. Thankfully, refills are now available, but it's still not cheap. The coverage isn't dramatically high either. However, it's known as a 'healing cushion' and has gained popularity through word of mouth, so I trust it and use it with confidence. When buying this, grab a few extra cushion puffs too. The product tends to spread to the sides, so the puff gets dirty quickly. If you're ordering online, it's smart to buy extras to save on shipping costs. - xk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2018
As a guy with naturally bright skin, I don't have much to cover up. I mainly use base makeup for evening out my complexion. I was looking for an alternative to foundation, which I find bothersome, when I discovered this cushion. It's perfect for evening skin tone without feeling sticky. For reference, I used to use KATE Powderless Liquid Foundation in OC-C, and this review is for the A+ cushion in shade 23. I wish they would sell this on home shopping channels! It would be great to be able to buy in bulk.
