The classic Vaseline lip balm - the foundation of hydration. It lives up to its reputation, and I'm using it regularly. Maybe it's the brand image, but somehow it feels like it suits me even better. I love that I can apply it over tints or lipsticks without any smudging. It's not quite the ultimate hydration champion. While it does help smooth out dead skin cells when applied, it's great for everyday touch-ups during regular activities. However, for intense moisturizing before bed or similar purposes, it might not be as effective as you'd hope. This lip balm works hard for everyday use, but may not provide deep hydration for those with super sensitive skin or experiencing deep dryness. It's a good option for layering over other lip products without causing pilling.

The only positive is that it's affordable and easily accessible. The scent is really unpleasant. It doesn't even provide good hydration. When applied, it just sits on the skin without absorbing. After a while, your skin feels even drier than before application.

Jar: Quickly moisturizes lips with just one application, long-lasting hydration. 3. Value for money: Lipstick: At 3,000 won each, it's more effective than other lip balms that cost nearly 10,000 won. For intensive care, go for the jar. For convenience and cost-effectiveness, choose the lipstick form. The downside, as mentioned above, is that you need to reapply frequently. I usually avoid using Vaseline as it doesn't suit me well... But I received this as a gift and tried it, and it works great for me! I really love it!! I wish the price could come down a bit... It might be considered expensive for a colorless product..

Since my lips tend to chap easily, I always apply lip balm before sleeping. I bought this stick-type lip balm from Vaseline and have been using it regularly. The application is smooth, and it feels sleek without any stickiness. It's neither too light nor too heavy - just right! Being colorless, it's also worry-free to use. Although I had high expectations because it's Vaseline, it's a bit on the lighter side. When I used it before bed, it didn't have much effect on lip dead skin cells or chapping the next day. It doesn't seem to last until morning, and in winter, it actually felt like the moisture evaporated, leaving my lips feeling even drier. I recommend using this as a daily lip balm rather than for nighttime care!
