Pros
Vaseline is great for moisturizing and there are no skin irritations, so I use it when my hands or lips get chapped. However, I was told that regular Vaseline is not the best for applying on the lips, so I went to Daiso and bought the Vaseline lip balm, and it's amazing! After applying it, there's no sticky feeling after a few minutes.
Cons
There's really nothing I don't like about it. Personally, I'm very satisfied with the moisturizing power. You don't need to apply a lot - just 3-4 times is enough, as applying too much can actually make it worse.
Tip
If you have a lot of lip flakes, don't apply the balm right away. First, use an embossed cotton pad (or regular cotton pad) with hot water to gently exfoliate your lips (this step is optional). Wipe off the excess moisture and then apply the balm - it works wonders!
