After having a baby, my skin would get really sensitive before my period. When I went to the dermatologist, they prescribed this along with some medication, and it's the real deal. Just a thin layer of this doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or sticky. The biggest downside is the value for money... The quantity is disappointingly small. After experiencing itchiness following a laser treatment, I used this product on my dermatologist's recommendation, and it really helped calm my skin. Now I apply it immediately after washing my face. The quantity is too small for the price. It's the size of an ointment tube but quite expensive. It would be better if they released a larger size. My skin was so dehydrated this season change that nothing seemed to help, but MP:gel truly saved me! I first tried a sample and was amazed at how it cleared my blemishes and tackled my deep dryness. It was so incredible that I bought the full-size product. The bottom line is, I was upset because everything was causing breakouts lately, but since using this, I haven't had any blemishes. I'm so happy with it! The price is definitely the downside... The cost per volume is jaw-dropping. But what can you do when it works so well? The results are truly amazing! I haven't found anything more effective for calming my skin. When mixed with sunscreen or foundation, it prevents almost all blemishes even while wearing makeup. The price...? Well, at least a little goes a long way, so that's some consolation. But when you compare it to other serums or treatments, it's not actually that expensive. This product was recommended by my dermatologist when I visited for contact dermatitis. My skin was in terrible condition, but it almost completely recovered after using this. * Update While it has excellent soothing effects when your skin is irritated, I still get some stubborn blemishes that won't go away... When I can't sleep or I'm stressed, I get red bumps around my mouth and eyes. But if I apply this product generously before bed, they're all gone by morning. This product and Repairdum Cica Pro are absolute must-haves for combination dehydrated, super sensitive skin like mine. Aloe gel is usually sold in huge quantities, so this feels a bit small. However, it's great because there's no evaporating sensation when applied, so it feels like the hydration is really absorbing into the skin.

It's a bit disappointing that you need to apply a moisturizing cream after this due to its light texture. I highly recommend this as a remedy for those struggling with dry skin. It works hard to combat dryness!
