I used it as an exfoliating toner, and the texture felt light and refreshing. From September to November, during the seasonal change, I developed pustular blemishes here and there on my face. I'm not sure if it was due to this product or other factors, so I've stopped using it and switched to a different one. One peculiar thing I noticed is that when shaken, it produces a lot of foam, which made me wonder if it contained surfactants. However, after checking the ingredients, it doesn't seem to have any. For now, I'm holding off on recommending it. - sj*****Oily SkinAcne SkinJun 12, 2022
Generous 500ml size (compared to the 355ml red cap version) and it's a decent toner. You can find it at a good price on Coupang. The scent is absolutely off-putting. Don't expect it to be like the red cap witch hazel toner. It has a strong, unpleasant cosmetic smell that you might encounter in subways or elevators - the kind that gives you a headache. Go for the unscented version instead! I tried using it as a skin pack once, and my face started burning. I don't even have super sensitive skin, but it seems to cause irritation. The Doctorlo version is fine though. It pours out way too fast - just tilting the bottle causes it to gush out. It's not like a regular water bottle at all. Even just holding it applies pressure, making it leak out. After trying it once, I'm going back to ordering the red cap version... - rk****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2021
The hydrating effect is really wonderful. Even with just the toner, my skin doesn't feel tight at all. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's actually reducing my pores. I guess I'll have to keep using it consistently to see. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSep 5, 2021
The amount was generous enough to saturate cotton pads for use! It was easy to use without any fuss. The lavender scent was unexpectedly strong - even after disposing of used pads, the fragrance would waft up every time I opened the trash can. The bottle opening was too wide, causing occasional spills. Although it claims to be alcohol-free, it felt like it evaporated quickly. Oddly, it sometimes left a sticky feeling on the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 25, 2020
It's fantastic as an exfoliating toner. The generous amount allows me to use it for skin-soaking masks too. Without a pump, it's tricky to control the amount. I've resorted to using a smaller container for easier application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2019
It's gentle and budget-friendly, so I can use it generously without worry! The scent is stronger and more artificial compared to Thayers Witch Hazel Lavender
