The lip color is natural and versatile, complementing any look. It's moisturizing and easy to wear. Due to its natural appearance, it looks prettier on a bare face rather than with full makeup. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 11, 2021
I'm trying to minimize my makeup use, so I've been opting for lighter products. This lip product has become my go-to among all my cosmetics. At the end of the day, this is still a cosmetic product. As someone who's aware of the potential negative effects of makeup, I find it ultimately ineffective for my needs. - sa********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 20, 2020
This lipstick applies so naturally, it's almost like a lip balm. The shade 11 'Harry' is a particularly calm MLBB color, perfect for adding a touch of life to a bare face. It's moisturizing, so it feels comfortable on the lips, and it gives a beautiful, translucent look to your pout! Being a moisturizing lip product, the staying power isn't incredibly long. However, since it's similar to a lip balm, it's easy to reapply throughout the day. It's great for quick outings - just apply some sunscreen, swipe this on, and you're good to go! - oh****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
I'm absolutely obsessed with this color! It's somewhere between brick and brick, you know? That perfect in-between shade. Can't really think of anything bad to say. This lip stain is just fantastic! - 98********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 17, 2020
To be honest, I have a light undertone, but the color was so pretty I just went ahead and bought it! It's great though - when I use it as a base and apply it to the inner part of my lips with a cool-toned lipstick, it looks beautifully moisturized. It's got a bit of a Japanese vibe, you know? That dewy lip look, with a slight brownish tint! Anyway, I'm quite satisfied with it. Because it's so hydrating, the staying power was a bit disappointing. However, there was absolutely no stickiness at all. - na*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2020
The color payoff is subtle, making it a completely comfortable lip balm even for men to wear. It provides a decent level of hydration. For those unsure about their cool or warm undertones, this product's shade should be versatile enough to suit most. The staying power is the main issue here. While I don't expect much from a lip balm in terms of longevity, this one seems to wear off particularly quickly, possibly due to its moisturizing properties. Recommended for those who don't mind reapplying frequently, especially after eating or drinking. For dry autumn and winter weather, I recommend using a separate moisturizing lip balm first, then applying this product on top. Otherwise, the color might appear too intense on dry lips. - up****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJul 10, 2020
The color isn't vibrant, but more of a toned-down orange-brown. I thought it would be a matte lipstick, but it's not - it's more like a moisturizing, glossy lip balm! The application is incredibly smooth, so you can apply it casually and it still looks great. The color goes on sheer and natural with one swipe, and builds up gradually as you layer it. It's not an overwhelming shade, so you could wear it with a bare face or over a tint. Many glossy lips tend to be sticky, which is why I usually don't like moisturizing lip products. But this one doesn't feel sticky at all! The high price for a relatively small amount of product is a downside. Also, it does transfer a bit. I think it would work well layered over a matte tint to add a glossy glow! - ak**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2020
Naturally moisturizing and truly versatile, highly recommended. The packaging is simple and elegant. It's a product that suits 9 out of 10 people perfectly. The formula doesn't offer long-lasting effects, and the price is quite steep. Other than that, there aren't any particular drawbacks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
Texture: Applies thinly with a plump, bouncy feel Strikes a balance between matte and moisturizing Color: A neutral brick shade Feels perfectly gender-neutral Staining: Due to its hydrating nature, it leaves minimal color behind Application: Glides on smoothly with a moisturizing feel Longevity: Fades quickly, requiring frequent reapplication Transfer: Transfers easily, so be cautious when wearing Pro tip: Gently pat a thin layer on your lips It blends naturally with your lip color - mi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2020
I'm a guy whose natural lip color perfectly matches the 'Leave' shade of the Laka Smooth Matte Lip Tint. I also tried the 'Harry' shade from the Lipstory line, which is often recommended for men. The color payoff is subtle, even with full coverage. While it might not be the absolute best, I'm quite satisfied with the beautiful shade. I wish the Lipstory line would release a shade similar to 'Leave'...
