I love how incredibly gentle it is. There's no irritation and no fragrance, making it very clean, so I always use it. I bought it on a friend's recommendation, but switching from a scented shampoo to an unscented one feels a bit lacking. Also, you need to pay a little extra attention when cleansing your scalp. Make sure to gently massage your scalp while cleansing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 13, 2018
Being natural, it's clearly less irritating. Perhaps due to the lack of harmful ingredients, I get the feeling I can use it more liberally without worry. Above all, I love the subtle fragrance! It's great that it's not harsh or overpowering. 1. Initially, there was a lot of buildup when I first used it. Maybe because it doesn't contain many of the protein-removing ingredients found in regular shampoos, at first it was a mess with buildup and itchiness. 2. It doesn't lather well, so you need to pump out quite a bit. Even with my short hair, I went through it quickly. Still, the generous amount for the price is really nice! It seems to work even better when used with the grain treatment! Also, don't switch products just because of initial buildup. If you use it consistently, you'll notice much less buildup than before. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2017
I was hesitant to order it after seeing it being sold cheaply on social media, but I tried it out to find a safe product to use with my children. My scalp is normal, not too oily or dry. The products I used before would cause my scalp to itch the next day or cause a lot of hair loss. But the Mayusampo shampoo doesn't irritate my scalp at all and it's been great! The citrus scent is wonderful when shampooing, and the lather is rich and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. Even after washing, there's no stiffness. Most importantly, I'm glad I can use it with my children. I will definitely repurchase this. The runny formula means you have to work quickly to lather it up on your hands before applying it. If you have an oily scalp, it's best to do a double shampoo.
