I love how incredibly gentle it is. There's no irritation and no fragrance, making it very clean, so I always use it. I bought it on a friend's recommendation, but switching from a scented shampoo to an unscented one feels a bit lacking. Also, you need to pay a little extra attention when cleansing your scalp. Make sure to gently massage your scalp while cleansing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2019
The texture is so gentle that you might not even need a separate treatment Not sure if it's because of my oily scalp, but when I use it every other day, my scalp feels greasy and the cleansing effectiveness seems weak - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2019
I really liked the subtle and gentle fragrance. I'm grateful that the ingredients are said to be good as well. It's a bit disappointing that the scent doesn't linger for long and it doesn't lather up very well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2019
I was satisfied in many ways. The ingredients seem to be gentle, and I got it at a great price during a social media promotion, so the value for money was excellent. Given the quality ingredients, I could overlook its thin consistency. It's thin and doesn't lather much, so it's best to quickly apply it to your hair after putting some on your hands. I didn't really find any significant drawbacks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2019
The lather is great and I love the subtle lemon scent! The fragrance lingers nicely too. Personally, I really recommend this product! The cleansing effectiveness is good, so I personally recommend it. - ck*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2019
No harmful ingredients (Always grateful for the Hwahae app. Among the Jeju Sunshine shampoos, only this one had no harmful ingredients. Others had one each due to fragrances. That's why I tried this one) Affordable (Bought 1 liter for 5,111 won on WeMakePrice) Lather and cleansing effectiveness (I saw reviews saying it doesn't lather well. But I wanted to try this product without harmful ingredients and at a low price, so I bought it and got a foam net from Daiso before it arrived. Turns out, it lathers well. I have medium-length hair and usually use shampoo generously. I've been using Kerasys lately, pumping 3-4 times. This product is similar in pumps and lather. My boyfriend always uses hair wax and washes his hair twice in the shower. I told him to use his usual shampoo if this one doesn't lather or remove wax well, but he says it's just like his regular shampoo. It lathers well and removes wax effectively. I wonder if those who say it doesn't lather are using too few pumps) I don't have any (I saw comments about the shampoo bottle not being pretty, but the white container is simply clean-looking. It doesn't ruin the bathroom aesthetics. Maybe because it's an affordable product without harmful ingredients, I find it endearing... haha) This shampoo has a fresh, pleasant scent while washing, but there's no lingering smell after drying your hair. So I spray some shower cologne before going out. I actually couldn't use my shower cologne before because Kerasys had such a strong scent that adding cologne would've been overwhelming. Anyway, thanks to this unscented shampoo, I can now use my shower cologne. Oh, and before buying this shampoo, I realized my previous Kerasys had fewer harmful ingredients than I thought? Maybe 2 or 3? I considered just using it, but those few harmful ingredients turned out to be super scary - carcinogenic and accumulating in the body.... After 30+ years, I've probably accumulated a lot already... I wanted to stop using it from now on, so I threw out what I had left. I've also read that when people have cancer surgery, the tumor smells like shampoo... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 2, 2018
It's gentle and has a pleasant scent, so I've been using it consistently since I first tried it Personally, I feel it's a bit less effective at cleansing oily residue - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedOct 19, 2018
I really liked the thick, creamy texture, and most importantly, it didn't dry out my scalp, which was fantastic. The scent is subtle, but that's actually a good thing in my book! My hair does tend to get a bit greasy by evening. I might try a different type during the summer months. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2018
After using up my Finger cream, I tried the horse oil version for the first time. It's definitely formulated for dry skin, so it feels less refreshing. I'll stick to the combination or oily skin versions in the future. Being horse oil, the product has a brownish transparent color when pumped out. The scent is different from Finger too - it's like an unscented scent that's not quite unscented, if that makes sense? Since it's for dry skin, it feels like it gets oily faster than the Finger cream. - 6y****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2018
After using Mise-en-Scene and Kerasys perfume shampoos, I noticed excessive hair loss, so I tried going no-poo. But I couldn't handle it - my hair became so greasy! So I switched to an organic shampoo, but my hair got too stiff, and I gave up. While searching for a shampoo with good ingredients, I found this one to be the most cost-effective, so I decided to give it a try. It's actually pretty good. The hair loss seems to have decreased slightly. For a shampoo with good ingredients, it has excellent cleansing effectiveness. My hair doesn't get greasy. It doesn't make my hair as smooth as commercial shampoos, but it's not so stiff that it's unusable. Even though I have oily hair, when I wash with this, my hair doesn't get greasy for about two days, which is great. Anything beyond that is pushing it, haha! Unlike commercial shampoos, it doesn't leave a fragrance after washing your hair. Also, when drying your hair, there's a smell - I'm not sure if it's from the scalp or the crown... There's an unpleasant odor coming from the hair. However, it's fine once it's dry, and because the ingredients are good, I plan to keep using it.
