Since exfoliating toners typically have a bit of viscosity, I appreciate how smoothly this glides onto the skin. It's quite pleasant! I was shocked the moment I used this. While doing my usual exfoliating toner routine, the first thing that hit me was the strong scent - it smelled almost like alcohol! As soon as I applied it to my skin, there was a burning sensation, and when a bit got into my eyes, it stung terribly. I've only ever used Hwahae's top-rated toners before, and now I realize just how gentle those were in comparison. Surprised, I immediately checked the ingredients on Hwahae, but they don't actually look that bad. Still, the intense burning and irritation really caught me off guard. It has more of a firm, bouncy texture rather than being super hydrating! It doesn't drip, which made it easy to use. It dries quickly, so you need to apply it to your face promptly. In my case, as I have sensitive skin, it caused some blemishes to appear.
