I absolutely love it! The fragrance, ingredients, and overall experience are fantastic. My hair becomes so soft and shiny that I could get away with using just the shampoo. I scored an amazing deal at Olive Young - a 1+1 offer on shampoo and conditioner, plus they threw in hair oil mists as gratis! For just 9900 won, I got shampoo, conditioner, and two oil mists. It's a low pH shampoo without silicones, perfect for maintaining my hair after a Natura Clinic treatment. I'm really impressed with it. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable acidic shampoo after perming or coloring their hair. Being a low pH shampoo, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling. I think alternating it with a regular shampoo every other day would work well. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. I bought this because Petal Fresh doesn't test on animals. For an eco-friendly product, it lathers quite well. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone expecting a sweet rose scent. It's not unscented, but the fragrance is hard to describe - definitely not what you'd call pleasant. For those with sensitive scalps, it might cause some hair loss and itching.

We've tried many other gentle shampoos, but she always complained of itchiness. We were on the hunt for a soothing shampoo, and this time she says it seems to work well for her! We've decided to stock up whenever it's on sale. The only downside is that the bottle doesn't have a pump, so it's a bit tricky to control the amount. Compared to other shampoos, I love that this one is eco-friendly. My scalp used to be extremely oily, but after switching to this shampoo, both the itchiness and oiliness disappeared. Every time I visit the salon, I hear that my scalp and hair are clean. At first, I found it strange that there was no scent after washing since I was used to fragranced products, but now I actually prefer it being fragrance-free. The container is a bit inconvenient. My hair feels softer now. Unlike other shampoos, it doesn't leave my hair feeling too dry even without conditioner. The fragrance also lasts quite long! The quantity is a bit small. Being an eco-friendly product, it doesn't lather up as much. Because of this, it's hard to tell if I've rinsed thoroughly.
