It's decent. There's a lot, so it's good. It's much cheaper if you buy it during the event.
Cons
I don't like the scent. I have to use it up because there's a lot left, but it's really not good. Sometimes it irritates and reddens my skin. I think it's probably because of the ethanol.

Pros
The low price and large volume of the toner. The scent is pleasant.
Cons
After using it, my skin issues flared up tremendously, rendering the previous positive points completely useless. I immediately stopped using it. Since I didn't have a replacement toner at the time, I just applied a moisturizing cream, and the situation improved slightly the next day. It turned out the toner was the problem.. I will absolutely never buy this again. As for the remaining product, I'm not sure what to do with it..

It may be a good option for those who don't need much capacity. Even one star is too much. It is the worst among the cosmetics I have purchased.

I bought 2 because they were cheap. After trying and experiencing them, the only advantage is that they are inexpensive...
