Pros
It absorbs quickly and is lightweight. I've never had any breakouts. The price is affordable, the amount is generous, and since I use a lot of toner, I'm glad I can use it without burden.

Absorption: It has excellent absorption power. It's the toner that became popular with the 7-skin method. As a water toner, it absorbs well enough. Moisturizing: The moisturizing power is somewhat weak. Since it's a soft, lightweight water-type toner, there is a slight tightness after application. Fragrance: I bought rose water, so of course it had a rose scent. But the fragrance is quite artificial. Volume: It's a completely large volume and has great cost-effectiveness. There is enough for using both the cleansing toner and the 7-skin method.
Cons
It seems to contain alcohol ㅜㅡㅜ The ingredients are disappointing.
Tip

Pros
I'm using it as a cleansing and toning product, and also separately as a mist. It's not sticky and absorbs quickly, but the moisturizing power is... Since I have oily skin, I'll just use it as a lotion anyway. The fragrance is really nice haha. I bought it for 5 Australian dollars at an Australian chemist, but it seems to be sold at a higher price in Korea, so I probably won't buy it again once I've used it up.
Cons
The moisturizing power is a bit disappointing. Even after thoroughly soaking a cotton pad and wiping it off, I can still feel a slight tightness after it's absorbed.

The texture is really watery. When wiped off with a cotton pad, it seems just right. I'm also using it as a mist. It was great how well it absorbed.
